I've made contact with Alex Van Niekerk at Westvaal Rustenburg towards the end of March 2024. Requested a number of quotations from Alex. He responded each and every time within a couple of minutes. He really impressed with his patience, excellent communication skills and out of the ordinary customer service. His offer to pick me up at ORT in order to take me to Rustenburg was much more than what I expected. When I eventually arrived at Westvaal Rustenburg I was so impressed with the way in which Andre Viljoen and Alex van Niekerk spent time with me, made me feel welcome and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. This treatment was top-class and I will recommend Westvaal Rustenburg wherever I go.
What an extremely positive experience engaging with the staff at the Tokai branch. Shafiek Coetzee and Ebrahim Adams illustrates in real practical terms exactly what excellent customer service means. They showed empathy, concern, care, professionalism and a keen interest in long-term relationships with their clients. With this positive attitude towards people they can only go from strength to strength. Thanks so much, guys. It was an honor and pleasure meeting you and I will certainly recommend you wherever I go.
What a wonderful experience! It was such a pleasure dealing with WHEELEE (PTY) LTD. Made contact with their site on Sunday night. Received a call from Eddie early Monday morning. He first indicated he will only be able to come around on Wednesday. When I asked him if he could perhaps make it a bit earlier' he arranged for Tuesday morning at 7:30. Then he called again just after 1pm and indicated he could come around right away. He arrived with two colleagues, inspected the car, made an offer and the deal was concluded. Money in the bank within a couple of minutes. You are the best!
When I decided to trade my vehicle purchased from Kia Konfidence Brackenfell on 23 September 2022, I had the shock of my life. According to the OEM dealer the car’s bonnet has been spray-painted. This was immediately taken up with Kia Konfidence Brackenfell and their response was that the records indicate that spray painting was definitely done on the vehicle before it was sold. In my humble opinion this non-disclosure of information during the purchasing process was ********* and dishonest. It seems as if the business model at Kia Konfidence Brackenfell boils down to a total disregard of ethical business principles. My perception is that they buy damaged vehicles on auction, do cheap repairs and sell to innocent customers at a profit without being open and honest about the history of the vehicle. This behaviour by Kia Konfidence Brackenfell is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in the motor industry.
Service levels at 10X are simply the best! They always respond timeously and accurately. My personal opinion is that 10X has succeeded in establishing a caring attitude towards clients.
So glad I've sold my shares in Vodacom! Definitely not a company I feel proud enough about to be an investor! Closed my business a couple of years ago. Kept business account running at my bank for a specific reason. Recently withdrew all funds from the business account and totally forgot to top up account before Vodacom debit order was supposed to go through. Received a message from Vodacom and responded with a specific date on which the debit order could be re-submitted. Next minute my service was discontinued and when I looked at my business bank account, realised the amount was not deducted as arranged. AND now they do not respond on any of my messages or e-mails!
It is just mind boggling a customer should experience so many banking issues! When my daughter upgraded her mobile phone, she gave me her old phone. I tried to install the Capitec Bank app on my new phone but to no avail. After many unsuccessful attempts I received a message I should visit the nearest Capitec Bank branch. Being a pensioner and with the sky high fuel prices at present I try to minimise unnecessary trips to shopping centres. Eventually I went to the bank yesterday and lo and behold I could not be assisted by the bank staff and was still not able to install the app on the new phone. (The last step was an SMS which could not go through on the phone) How is it even possible that a client should go through so much trouble just to access his bank account?! I went to the Bank. I’ve downloaded the App. I’ve opened the App. I’ve entered account number. I’ve followed all prompts until I had to send an sms BUT THE MEASSAGE FAILED TO SEND!!!! I do not understand why I have to go to the branch again! I was at the branch and the lady could not help me!!!! The Client Care Centre just ignores my e-mails!
I took out "THE OPTIMUM Service Plan administered by ZEDA Car Leasing (Pty) Ltd trading as AVIS Fleet/ AVIS FLEET ADMINISTRATORS" when I purchased a VW UP! from Barons Bellville on 23 May 2019. An amount of R 4 350,16 was paid for the service plan which would cover the 15000; 30000 as well as 45000 km services according to the sales consultant. Due to extremely low mileage driven, the 15000 km service was only arranged at 18000km. And so, Brenda Prince (Brenda.Prince@avisbudget.co.za), decided that's enough. No further services will be paid for! Which means I've paid R 4 350.16 for a single service on this policy!
Did not initially sign up with Vox but the person who developed my website was take over by Vox. No serious complaints about their service BUT I've retired and when I received notice of price increase I requested account to be terminated. Sent e-mail about cancellation on 2 December 2021 and now I'm forced to pay for January 2022 as well! Come-on VOX: is this really necessary! One day late incurs penalty of another months payment! You can't be serious! Although when one looks at the number of complaints about Vox on HelloPeter, the penny drops! Shame on you Vox Telecoms!
I will never buy electricity through Capitec Bank again. On the 1st of August I received 411 units purchased through TymeBank. Today I received 319 units only for exactly the same amount from Capitec Bank. How are we supposed to #WIN in this current economic climate? We are robbed on a daily basis. Shame on you Capitec!
