I am very unhappy and shocked by the recent events with Woolworths. I was told in-store that I should no longer use my Woolies card when checking out at the till, but rather my MySchool card (as they are supposedly linked). Turns out they are not. Since May, I have not earned any HealthyFood Rewards at all!! I only figured this out when I looked at my Discovery Miles statement. Please explain why I was told this? How will I get reimbursed for these? Secondly, my ID has been ******. When I tried to log in to my Woolworths online account, I couldn't. It says that my ID is associated with another email address I don't even own!!! Who has taken my ID? How is this possible? I want this sorted out, and I want Woolworths to contact me directly to ensure that all these problems are ironed out as well as (for the sake of points) reimbursed. I have slips, proof of ID, etc.
Same problem with rusty dishwasher racks. No spare parts available. No service available. My racks have rusted so badly it now a health hazard. Probably going to have to buy a completely new dishwasher due to the lack of support and spare parts available. WILL NEVER BUY HISENSE products again!!!!
Professional and fast. Installed an inverter and solar panels and was happy with the installation and efficiency of the job.
If you're looking for an intimate dinner with incredible food and staff that is great value for money..this is the place. We went for date night. The set menu offers a choice between starters/main/dessert, with a bottle of wine thrown in. I had the most delicious tender fried calamari, followed by a mouthwatering sirloin steak and chips, and topped off with a creme brulee. Oh my heaven!
This is the first and definitely the last time I will be using this company. After almost 2 months, still no fulfillment of my order. The promise of fulfilling this within 14 days (give or take) is a complete farce. No response to any of my emails (which have been many). No way of getting anyone on the telephone line. Zero, and I mean, ZERO customer service. I have absolutely no idea if I will ever get this order. Do not use Reliable Store! Please. Do not! You will be totally disappointed if you do! You may pay and get nothing in return. They should not be in business.
I placed an order on Nov 9, 2021 and I'm still waiting for it. There is ZERO customer service. No response to any of my emails. You can't get through to them on the telephone - EVER!!!. No update as to the progress of your order. NOTHING! They've taken my money and I haven't received my order to date. Do not use this company. They will take your money and run!!!
