STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Don’t even bother doing business with MTN. Stay away from this service provider if you can. I cancelled my contract in February 2022 and I am still being illegally debited. I called numerous times and I was promised that contract my is cancelled with a reference number. I have attempted to cancel this contract 4 times with no luck.

Disgusting customer service
Absolutely disgusted with TRAVELSTART customer service. THERE IS NO CALL CENTRE. You can only WHATSAPP OR EMAIL them. I tried to change my booking and I have never received such shocking customer service. It’s been 3 DAYS trying to change my booking. STAY AWAY FROM TRAVELSTART, book directly with the airline and you’ll thank me later.
