Private Wealth Home Loans - 5 weeks since application for part of Future Use amount agreed to in Mortgage Loan Agreement and already registered on current Bond, with no resolution. Firstly captured the incorrect application amount which differs in nearly a million. Then contrary to the Mortgage Loan Agreement terms stating application to be after 6 months and subject to credit assessment, Private Wealth suddenly claims after 4 weeks processing a Future Use application, that this is now subject to a Readvance Agreement that has to be signed before a Future Use amount can be utilised. Keep processing a minute Readvance amount, half the amount of our monthly repayment instalment, to be repaid over 20 years in a new Readvance Loan Agreement - absurd. Serious incompetence in basic principles. Constant oversights and miscalculations. No reply from Private Clients Suite or any complaints raised. No intervention to resolve this basic application.

Private Wealth Home Loans (22 years FNB client) - Our Private Wealth Home Loan Further Lending application was clearly allocated to the most junior inexperienced person at Home Loans and even after complaining and sending numerous emails and calls, no intervention, not even any feedback to get a resolution. Original bond approved in 4 days after applying, registered together with Further Lending amount this year March 2024. App**** 6 months later on 5 Sept to access 1/4 of our registered Further Lending amount to improve our property. No feedback, have to follow up constantly. No care and attention. Each week a new unbelievable discovery of blatant oversights and miscalculations on total erroneous and fabricated figures. Gross negligence in capturing correct amounts as declared and verified by bank statements and documents provided more than once. No feedback from service suite private clients. After weeks of stress trying to correct constant mistakes, a valuer has to be sent for a tiny amount on a Re-Advance we don't want or app**** for. FNB claims the Re-Advance is bank policy before they can even start looking at the already registered Further Lending amount. Just unbelievable. If Private Wealth amounted to what it claims to be there would be no need to complain on this platform.

Still waiting for R26944 refund for returned goods. Cielo confirmed receipt and refund processed weeks ago but still no refund. Numerous enquiries with no resolution.
Straight forward deceased estate to be administered by ABSA according to the will and delegated to Snyman de Jager takes years to finalise. No updates or communication, just continuous mistakes and frustration. Dealing with SdJ added greatly to the trauma of the passing of our loved one.

It is clear ABSA Trust fails to give proper attention and time with a lack of duty of care resulting in Cash Statements with miscalculations and the omission of a fixed asset not calculated and distributed in the Distribution account. Money due to the estate not collected for months. A complaint was lodged with ABSA (with inclusion of the whole management team of ABSA Trust) on 21 June 2021, 9 months ago.
