Guys, a warning to make sure before you pay Synapses Electrical any money up front. You won't see your equipment, and you will not hear a word from Peet Oberholzer.... Please read my message. I paid Peet in December to come and repair my system, which was struck by lightning. He sends me an invoice and asks if I can pay him, and he will make a plan to get the panels. Obviously, because he delivered excellent service previously, I paid him in full. We are in the second week of January, and I am still waiting for them to come and replace the panels, and he always has an excuse ready. Now I can’t get hold of him, and he doesn’t reply to my WhatsApp and blocks me on Facebook. Unfortunately, I have no other choice but to get lawyers involved. I placed an online order and paid for the order on February 7, 2024. I tried to contact them on their cell phone number, Facebook page, WhatsApp, as well as per email. As of today, I have not received any response or feedback from them regarding my order. The cell number seems not to be working anymore.
I have reported a faulty system on my vehicle but up to date no reply from them but received an invoice for the full amount that will not get paid. Account number 10154001.
Disappointing service by SOUNDLOADER: - Good day all new customers or potential customers. Please be aware that the service you will receive from Sound Louder Tebogo is pathetic, as I have been waiting more than 9 weeks from the date of deposit payment that was done on 28/06/23, for my radio to be installed. Eventually, the radio was installed on 06/09/23 but to date, it is not working. I previously bought 3 Android aftermarket radios from them with no issues at all and therefore decided to get one for my BMW E63 as well but this time I was very disappointed in the service received. When I ordered the radio I mentioned to him that because my car doesn’t have an Aux output he needed to order a separate Aux modulator before it would work. He assured me that the radio will work and I don’t have to worry about this. This is now months later and a promise was made that this will be sorted on 16/09/23 in the morning. On arrival, he couldn’t get the radio to work as the local modulator didn’t want to pair with the aftermarket radio. At this stage I can't use the unit at all, no signal for the GPS as the antenna for that was placed in the dashboard and can't find satellites, no sound as the unit is not compatible with the original sound system. Been with Home Connect for 2 years and this is the first time payment was not made due to a bank error. Did a direct payment from FNB to FNB. Called them and sent the proof of payment and they still want me to wait 48 working hours to reconnect. I also complained about drops in my line via the support team. Their portal even sends emails with the router logs but doesn't respond to any of them. Guess who is changing over to another provider. They won't even put me through to the accounts department, if they even have an accounts department, because when I ask to speak to accounts or a manager no one was available to take my call. In the end, I have to speak to the support team but not even they could help me sort this out. Unreal!!! ------- Must say no problems so far with Axxess on my other lines. -------
I've been trying to change the wrong information as we installed 3 devices and they loaded all 3 cars with the same information. All the car's models and registration are incorrect, and show the same information on their tracking portal. I have been trying to get through for over the last 3 days, but they do not call back, I left messages but no joy from them. I will cancel my contracts within my gray period as this was installed on 9/12/22---- VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
My number cant phone or received calls for a week now and can't get any updates from MTN regarding this issue
