I have a policy with them. They changed their underwriters from Clientele. Clientele keeps on deducting from my account they can't pick even identify this. Then they also deduct which means I am now paying twice. When I raise this they say that I should deal with Clientele myself. They are seemingly not going to resolve this from their side.
Such poor poor service and total disregard and disrespect for customers. My order is 3 weeks late, they don’t respond to texts, they make empty promises for an order that is fully paid for. Experienced the same thing in 2022 and it ended up not even being sewed properly.
An agent from Mixtelematics called earlier in the year and posed like my current tracking company agent and indicated that they are upgrading trackers on the cars. Then they sent a person to install the tracker. Later in the month I had a debit order from them, then I was shocked since I did not even provide them with my banking details because I assumed they already had them since they are my current tracking company. I then called them and explained what happened and asked that they cancel the tracker as it was sold fraudulently. Then even sent the recording which proved this. Then they advised me that they will cancel the contract, deactivate tracker, issue a Credit Note and a letter of Good Standing. Today I receive a call from a collection agent indicating that I have been handed over .This is after I had followed up with them numerous times to resolve this.
