Never available to assist
Extremely bad service Have been trying to reach them to service car for over 3 days. Always taking down messages no one actually helps. Service manager WhatsApped me on Monday after 4 messages left, and then also blue ticked me when i explained I want to book a service

Budget has been debiting my 76 year old mother's account - building insurance for a building with no address. She has no knowledge of how or when the policy was agreed to, and we have called budget over a month ago about this. They said they are investigating and will revert within 2 days. To this day there is no feedback, one has ever called back and they continue to debit the account. It is disgusting how this company is ****ming the elderly

DO NOT TAKE THE WARRANTY. LIES LIES AND MORE LIES
My car has been at dealership for 14 days I still have no outcome for warranty claim. When you call the center you hold on the line for at least an hour and ultimately you're told that the manager is in a meeting and will contact you with feedback by close of business which never happens. Same story every single day. Then they email asking for the same documents which you have already sent over and over and over. Disgusting. Taking this warranty cover was the worst decision. Disgusting Service. I would give 0 star if it was possible

STAY AWAY
Do Not Take Warranty Cover with 1st for Women. They're extremely inefficient. My car has been in for repairs and awaiting approval for almost 2 weeks. When you call, they say they do not have an update, they will follow up with the assessor or operator and they will call you back with feedback. They never call you back. They never give feedback. Worst Service I have ever received in my entire life. I have spent at least 2 hours a day over the past 3 days trying to get some kind of direction. No luck. I should have followed advice from previous reviews and stayed away.

WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER
Shockingly terrible service from this company. Their " call center" is just an automated voice that hangs up after giving you a whatsapp number which nobody ever responds on.
