Extremely bad service Have been trying to reach them to service car for over 3 days. Always taking down messages no one actually helps. Service manager WhatsApped me on Monday after 4 messages left, and then also blue ticked me when i explained I want to book a service

What a pleasure dealing with such a great company and service advisor Nick! Took my vehicle in for a service, some of the required parts were not in stock so rather than leaving me without a vehicle (as live 140kms away) they gave me a courtesy vehicle. Thank you again!

I sent my car in for a service along with a few other faults . I fetched my car from vw with half the service done and was told I must bring it in another day to complete it . My car was left with the same old wiper blades ,which is scratching my glass and not effective in the rainy weather . The driving lights are faulty and picking up faults on my dashboard . I didn't have an issue taking the car back another day . After receiving my car back from vw my samsung charging cable which is specifically for my car and samsung phone which I use when traveling was missing from my cubby . It's not about what item was ****** from my vehicle it's about principle and theft at a reputable company .I send my car to vw with peace of mind not with fright what will be ****** from my vehicle in my absence .

Easily the worst customer service i have ever had. Do not buy cars from VW !!! Could not be more disappointed with VW. 8 months after purchasing a car, the exhaust started to rust. After speaking to multiple VW dealerships, who said that this should never happen to a new car, that has not even done 10 000 km, I complained to the dealership, who said it needed to be inspected. 5 months have passed and still no one as inspected it. Now after looking at a photo from my phone, they say it is not covered by the warranty. I have tried calling the factory for 4 months, I get passed from pillar to post and no one returns calls. Worst customer service I have ever seen. How can this be acceptable ?

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Do Not Use VW Barons Edwin Swales! I took my car to VW Barons Edwin Swales for a minor service, expecting a smooth and professional experience, but instead, I was met with nothing but frustration, stress, and disappointment. I had arranged for transportation to be fetched from work at a specific time. From the very beginning, communication was **********—no one answered calls, and my service advisor was always "busy." I had to repeatedly call throughout the day, trying to remind them about my transport request, yet my calls were ignored. They never once returned a call, leaving me completely stranded. As a result, I was forced to stand alone on the roadside, vulnerable and unsafe, waiting for a ride that never seemed to arrive. This was a complete disregard for my well-being and safety. To make matters worse, I had to spend my own airtime calling them multiple times, trying to get some sort of response. As time went on, panic set in—not only was I stranded, but my phone battery was about to die, leaving me even more helpless. It took them an outrageous two and a half hours to fetch me! By then, I was frantic and utterly disappointed in their complete lack of care for their customers. But the nightmare didn’t end there. When I finally fetched my car, I discovered that my most treasured USB was ******—the one that contained all my Christian music, which I listened to daily. This was the final straw. Not only did they put my safety at risk and cause unnecessary stress, but they also allowed theft to happen within their facility. It is completely unacceptable! This dealership has zero professionalism, zero communication skills, and zero regard for customer safety or satisfaction. If you value your time, your belongings, and your peace of mind, stay far away from VW Barons Edwin Swales!

I went to service my car, T-cross and Nox advice me to do cambelt change since the car has 120000km, I'm very excited with the best customer service & the feedback that i received from Nox for making me aware about the cambelt change. I'm not happy with the service i received from Vinesh & his technicians, they took 4days to change my car's cambelt, Vinesh refused to give me a courtesy car even yesterday i had to sit at vw until 19h15 at night waiting for them to fix my car. If it wasn't for Nox, i was not going to go back there for any of the services.

My 2023 vw amarok was ****** from the dealership at the vw barons in Edwin swales they are refusing to give me a courtesy vehicle told me I need to seek my own vehicle now I had to get a lawyer involved now they telling they are not liabil for the vehicle

I never healed from this Dealerships misleading information, assigning Affinity Car insurance.how do you associate yourself with such a Rip-off company,whenever you visit this Dealership make sure they don't select any car insurance for you.
