I never healed from this Dealerships misleading information, assigning Affinity Car insurance.how do you associate yourself with such a Rip-off company,whenever you visit this Dealership make sure they don't select any car insurance for you.

Affinity insurance
Plz do not Trust Affinity Insurance My Car got Written off and sold by them before I could even get 1st preference. I will name and shame companies that associate themselves with this insurance company . VW Barons at Edwin Swales Durban,please watch out for them as they asign this insurance company without giving proper information...it's a shame for them to put their own clients in such a trap and Bogus company.in their Documents i saw something to do with Old Mutual (maybe they are underwritten) by them.How do you write off a VW Polo and claim it won't be economical for it to be fixed with minor damages and it was still drivable .you should be ashamed of yourselves to even Put this company under your wing...I still have pictures to

Disappointed Client
I'm truly unhappy with their Services.After the interim settlement was paid out, everything went to a hault. From 2021 to this date I have never met with my attorney but have been meeting up with her assistant. I am told that it's (Reshmee) but now dealing with Fortunate. I'm struggling to get my Undertaking Certificate,I'm given a run around on every information that I seek for regarding the status of my claim They are no longer transparent, delaying the process of my claim on purpose and withholding information that I should know. I am now forced to go looking for answers at RAF offices while I have attorneys. I truly do not appreciate the way they are handling my case.They are Misleading and not replying to my chats and calls...I am truly disappointed.Ive sent Tons of messages to their WhatsApp number,still no reply. The service was excellent when I first met with them but to tell you the truth it's gone bad to Worse as we speak. They don't wanna even follow simple instructions from the Client. I am unpleased at all!!!
