Toner Issues
Got a machine from them a week ago. Wonderful machine, but it's a battle to get toner from this company. A person prints 200 leaflets and most of your toner is halved after that. Takes at least 5 days for them to send you toner, I am on day 3, so estimating 5 days at the best. Had to outsource a lot of work sadly, so I am already running at a minus profit for this week. It would be advised to look elsewhere.

They never answer their store phones
Ok Mtn, I wanted to buy a phone from you guys. I phoned 4 stores in my Area. Menlyn Park, Woodlands Store, The Grove store and the Silverton one listed on your site. The 3 numbers that does work and ring, nobody answers at all, you can try any time during the day, nothing.

Mtn Data in Olympus AH BAD!!!!
I live in Olympus AH Pretoria area. Full 3G signal, -82dBm. I will have internet for a few minutes, then it is off for a few minutes. This goes on the whole day every day. When I take the router with me to other places it works flawlessly. Please Mtn help us.

On the new Windows Phone, ID nr already in use.
Although my ADSL account with you guys has been inactive for a year and my old client ID and password does not work anymore, I wanted to order that Proline Windows phone for R499. It was in my cart and all, but as soon as I typed in my ID nr it told me it is already in your system. This prohibits me from going any further.
