Hi team, I was at your store at Ulundi yesterday. I wanted to buy some Polo golf shirts I've always bought them from your store. I was looking for a white one. They were dirty on the outside on the shoulders and collars. Maybe if it was one we can overlook it. It was at least 3 of them. I was very disappointed and disgusted. I don't know how you do your job and I can't tell you how but surely that's something that should've been picked up those t-shirts didn't hang themselves. It feels as if because uLundi is in the rural areas and a small town. Your staff doesn't really care about customer service or the store's appearance. That's something that needs to be looked at and fixed. I would've bought something when I walked in there but the sight of dirty clothes on your railings was really a let down. I went to the FNB in Gateway Durban to collect a replacement card. I was assisted by Nelile. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Something that should've taken me 10 minutes ended being more. Because she was showing me things I didn't know about especially related to the application and other benefits. She also assisted me with upgrading my card to the Premier. She was extremely patient and very knowledgeable of the products offered by FNB. I'm a service manager myself at work. I really value excellent services and appreciate it. Nelile's service was second to none. She's really an asset at your company and whatever happens do not lose her. Hi team, I got details of a Mr. Reshen Bhagwatipesadh from a colleague. Reshen works for FNB, because I wanted to open an account without the hassle of having to go to the bank. Reshen responded to my email immediately and made contact with me immediately.Unfortunately I couldn't see him on the first week I was ill. However he never gave up,he rescheduled our meeting and went out of his way to consult with me.He will becoming to our offices on the 6th but he came especially for me on the 4th. He gave me that option , I was willing to wait till the 6th. But his client centricity style of service. He came to me today. He came to my work today and helped me open my account. He explained everything clearly and precise and helped me download the app. He also came on the exact time he had promised to come. Reshen's service is second to none. I work in a service environment and I'm a service manager. I value my time and I truly appreciate excellent service. We spent an entire hour opening the account it felt like 10 minutes. I'd like to give a big thank you to Reshen and FNB as a whole. Hi, I opened up an account today at ABSA in Musgrave ,Durban. I was asited by a lady, I forgot her name but it starts with an F her surname is Ardikari. I know I spelt that incorrectly I apologise. I also work in a service environment customer service is very important to me. Her service and the way she explained all the benefits was absolutely second to none. I've never had such an amazing experience at any bank. I was in that office for over 30 minutes I couldn't even feel it.Even when they asked her twice to help with something for few seconds. That did not upset me at all because she was a star. She's a valuable asset for your organisation and a gem. I'd like to say a big thank you to her. Regards Thulani Mthethwa
There's a company called Future Sonie Financial services. They are a fraud and con people of their money. They've debited me twice in 1 month. I have been waiting for my refund for 4 days now. No one knows what they're doing. Their service is absolutely pathetic. No one cares and I'm not the only one at their offices there's a lot f us with the same query and we are waiting for our payment. To anyone who wants to use their service they're area bunch of unreliable criminals who prey on the poor. I'm disgusted I work in a service environment. I've never in my life experienced such awful and appalling service. I do not have money because of them. I have debits going off tomorrow. I can't spend my Christmas with my family because of them. They have no sense of urgency and infact need to be shut down because this is illegal. .
