To whom it may concern, I am writing with great concern and disappointment regarding a severe skin reaction I experienced after using the Essence Stay all day 16hr Foundation. I have always trusted the Essence brand and have purchased many of your products over the years without any issues. I previously used the Essence Stay all day 16hr Foundation and genuinely loved it, which is why I felt confident purchasing it again in December. However, after using the foundation recently, my face immediately began itching and burning. Unfortunately, this happened on the day of an important interview, so I could not remove the makeup right away. When I returned home and removed it, I was devastated to see red spots covering my face. I used Dove soap to remove the makeup, a product I have safely used for many years. I took an antihistamine in the hope that the reaction would calm down, but instead my condition worsened. My face continued to burn and itch intensely, and the redness did not improve over the following days. I am now extremely worried and unsure about what is happening to my skin. This experience has been emotionally distressing and has affected my confidence deeply. I do not feel comfortable leaving my home in this condition, and it has been very upsetting to look in the mirror and see my skin like this. I trusted this product and never expected such a reaction. I kindly ask that this matter be taken seriously and investigated, and I would appreciate guidance on how this issue can be resolved. Thank you for taking the time to read my letter. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE FROM KFC, I USED THE KFC APP TO ORDER A 8 PIECE FAMILY TREAT. THE APP AUTOMATICALLY SELECTED KFC MEREBANK TO DELIVER ON THE APP IT SAID ETA IS 17:50 I PLACED THE ORDER AT 17H00 I LIVE IN MEREBANK AREA I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHY IT WOULD TAKE ONE HOUR TO GET TO ME SO I WAITED THAT TIME PASSED AND THE ETA CHANGED TO 18:30 I CALLED KFC MEREBANK AND ASKED THEM WHAT IS THE DELAY THEY SAID THAT BECAUSE I ORDERED ONLINE IT'S DIFFERENT AND THEY CNT GET HOLD OF THEM DRIVER THEY CONFIRMED THAT MY ORDER WAS IN THE STORE PACKED SO THEN CALLED THE CALL CENTER AND THAT WAS OF NO HELP BECAUSE THE LADY HAD NO VALID REASON WHY MY ORDER WAS DELAYED SHE COULD NOT GIVE ME A SET TIME FOR MY FOOD TO BE DELIVERED.ALL SHE COULD SAY IS THAT THE IT'S BUSY BECAUSE IT'S MONTH END .I TOLD HER THAT I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SERVICE.. AT 19H00 I GOT 6 SMS AMS 6 EMAILS TO SAY MY ORDER WAS CANCELED BECAUSE NO DRIVER IS AVAILABLE.. MY HUSBAND TOOK A DRIVER TO KFC MEREBANK HE SAW 3 DRIVERS PARKED OUTSIDE PLAYING ON THEY PHONES...THIS SERVICE DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR BUT IT WASN'T ALLOWING ME TO PASS WITHOUT RATING IT....KFC SERVICE IS GONE TERRIBLE THEY DON'T FRY THE CHICKEN PROPERLY, THE LAAT TIME WE ORDERED SOME ITEMS WAS MISSING IT WAS LATE I COULDN'T GP BACK TO THE STORE.
Virgin active got ads all over social media including and on the television and radio of the promotion they running, u get two months free if one successful debit order goes through so I got January free in February I did and eft to virgin active with the amount of R1030 For my partner and I, on the telephone conversation with the consultant she reassured me that March will be free, on the 1st of February virgin active debited my account again, I have been trying to get hold of virgin active from the 1st every time I called it kept saying high call volume my call will b answered when a constant is available. After 20 minutes a constant answered and said he can't tell me what promotion I was offered I need to go to the club I signed up with apon the conversation I informed him that I can't leave home because I tested positive for covid I also asked if I could freeze my account he said that's a fee of R110 I got really upset because I debited for so much much now I need to pay more money , what I would like to know, what virgin active is advertising is false? And the consultant lied to me by saying il get March free..... This is really frustrating at this difficult time...... I am really disappointed with the service I am receiving from virgin active. I have a good mind of canceling my subscription with virgin active.
I am so disappointed with dischem pavilion , they had a Disney lunch collection where you have collect stickers until the item u want so, in my first booklet I collected full with stickers because my child wanted the last item, when I go to the store the lady that was at the helpdesk was very rude she just told me we dont have anything in store now and she says she will call me but didn't even ask for my phone number, the next time I went I had two booklets and this times it was a different lady and she say that they out of stock so I was very upset and I told her that I'm very disappointed with dischem everytime I came they had an excuse to give me they are very unhelpful and very rude, on a monthly bases my husband spends more than 2500 because we buy everything that our baby, to me it seems like the staff is keeping the stuff they like for them self so when ever we go the they no stock or the booklet is not right. My husband and I are even thinking of stop shopping at dischem and start at clicks.
