Pathetic service
I think someone out there is not doing their jobs properly,you guys should be fired for such-we made payments according to how we owe ,you guys are abusing my mother telling her that she owes 515 while she keeps on making payments monthly,we demand a statement and your stupid accounts department consults should look clear on the records before jumping out the gun ,call me 0607551265

I don't understand why you guys would give us a taste of a cookie then take it back ,last month I was allowed to reverse my telkom debit order,same amount nothing has changed but apparently this month I can't reverse it ,why ?can someone call to explain this ,its too much admin going to the branch 0607551264

Disappointed
Hi ,am your client and for a long time I had no problem with you guys ,I've been with you since 2015 and recently I saw that we can now play lotto on the app ,I played in December and won 20 rand ,as much as your rules say you will pay within 7 days capitec paid a month later ,I played again on the 25 of January and still won and it's now 7 days later ,am still waiting for a pay out ,why are your ads miss leading us ?we play this coz we need the money ,I could have went to shoprite to play however I saw it easier with capitec but now am disappointed, 0607551264 that's my number

Poor customer service
Until you guys resolve my insurance issue, I don't really see myself paying my contract with you ,I cancelled my insurance last year December, you guys are still billing me for it and every time I try to fix this ,you keep telling me about the insure while month end you are billing me ,this is pathetic of you

Don't use telkom ,scammers
So I terminated my insurance last year and you guys are still billing me for it, everytime I ask you to sort out this insurance issue y'all be telling me I should communicate with the insurer while you busy debiting my account, fine I'll simply cancel your debit order from my bank, keep your pathetic service
