Vodacom's horrible service:
Took Vodacom 3 years to cancel my WiFi contract, after term expired and I requested cancellation via appropriate channel. What will happen to the almost R7000 they're taken from me during this period? I've been trying to change my email address for statements since forever, with no joy. How do companies get away with such a lack of service and ethics?

Cancelation of wi-fi contract
I have been trying for close to 4 years to cancel my Vodacom wi-fi account. It cannot be done in writing, on via telephone. After numerous calls, all I have is a list of reference numbers and empty promises. I can't stop the dt order, as that would affect my cell phone contract as well. I don't know what to do anymore!
