If there was a rating less than 1 I would gave that for vodacom . Avontuur a small place close to uniondale is sstruggeling for months now with signal. It is tacking 15 minute to deliver a voicenote of 60 seconds . Normally is was ok slow but ok . It is terrible the last 6 months .Leters were writen and othe people tried to get hold of some one . I can see the tower but signal just in not here . I am paying R2000 per month om my contracts but cannot use them .
After my previous complain Jacques sales person and Kobus de Jager did contact me for my bank details . This made me very optimistic about the spare key and the money they should pay me as we arrangend at the bigging of my 3 transaction of buying a car through them . I am sorry to say it is about two weeks or longer and still there was no money paid to me . The waiting period is long now .I received the car 1 March waited for papers and then the arrangment was that I pay at my local town to get car in my name and Oudtshoorn Ford wil pay me back . as mentioned they have not paid me yet. If you are from another town and buy from oudtshoorn be prepared to wait for your money if you go in a arrangment like that . In future if they want to sell a car to me they will deliver already in my name .
Hello . They never gave me my spare key to my new car and also not paid me back to do registration at my home town after they arranged with me not to deliver car. They asked me to do these registration myself and FORD Oudtshoorn will pay for that costs of that. When I investigated why they do not pay me the answer was I did not give them the bakkie I traded spare key . I also did not received bakkies spare key from them and only drove it for a year .I do not want to mention names here but it seems management is the problem after I talked to sales person .
As thing stands now the problem was solved with Mondo. They are Vodacoms marketing people. I can only see 100% end of January if problem was solved. It sounds like they did understand me and promised a credit . I wil write a report again after that date. Thank you
Account was upgraded and the difference in monthly amount was suppose to be R20 extra p/m (middle October). Within 14 days I recieved my monthly account for November and I noticed a significant increase in monthly payment - from R1982 to R2914, with R20 increase new amount should have been just over R2000. I immediatly phoned Vodacom, and they informed me that they will correct the problem. I also asked them to reverse the transaction, since I do not want to pay more. Unfortunately I did not take down the reference. The incorrect amount was deducted. By end of November I received the new account, the amount was still incorrect and no credit stated. I phoned Vodacom a second time stating the problem (Ref # RC0149596), about the wrong amount being deducted. The person assisting me, saw the mistake and said that my account will be credited. I received month 3's invoice and this problem has still not been rectified. I would like this issue to be resolved immediately or I will need to move to another service provider.
