Makro is refusing our refund for an order placed on 04 November for a TV stick that Cost R450. The order was cancelled 06 November due to no stock. I called them on the 6th on 0860 600 999 at 13:06, On the 14th 0860600999 at 13:31 & 011 084 7927 at 17:15. On the 18th 0860 600999 at 08:10, 010 017 1802 at 08:16 & at13:07 & 011 084 7927 at 16:55. 19th 010 017 1802 at 14:04 & 14:47. 24th 0860 600 999 at 13:03 & at 15:14. 26th 010 017 1802 at 08:37 & 0860 600 999 at 08:38. The response we keep receiving is that the refund won't go through, they refuse to give us an answer about what goes wrong with the refund. The refund amount is R450. We've provided all documentation as requested by Makro. We were given an option for refund in bank account, voucher that can be used instore & a Payshap refund. On Monday 24th when calling Makro to once more enquire about our refund. We were once more told the money will be in our bank within 24 Hours. When enquiring about the voucher we were then told that as it is an outside party that they couldn't provide a voucher. But the voucher was one of the options on the email that we received from them

The prices on the shelves show specials for combos, but at the till we are told that the combos are only for one color and that it is common sense that the combos are only for the colour chosen. It is unacceptable. The manager has no right to talk to a customer in such a way.
