This store is by fat theeeee worst!!! They serve food thats not fresh. You have to buy midday if you dont want warmed up left overs. their service is horrible, they always have something going, if its not drive to the next window only for them to tell you they dont take cards, cash only... its horrible tasting food. I am really tired, and sad because this is the nearest KFC to me. literally next door but I need to travel all they way to other branches to get satisfactory service and quality food
I did not want this to reach this level, but today’s experience at KFC Sandridge Square was beyond frustrating — it was outrageous. I went through the drive-through this afternoon and ordered: Large Mash & Gravy Sweet Chilli Twister Snack Burger Streetwise Pap (Thigh & Drum) A basic, straightforward order. Yet somehow, they still managed to ruin it. First, instead of the Sweet Chilli Twister I ordered, I received a dry, tasteless Classic Twister. I only noticed once I was already on the freeway — hungry and expecting a proper meal. My daughter also had to eat a snack burger so dry it was basically a dessert meal. I don’t know if they’re rationing sauce or simply not bothered. I drove back to fix this, and instead of help, I got attitude and an insult from the lady taking orders. Completely unprovoked and completely unprofessional. I asked for the manager and she then tried to “fix” the Twister, but the replacement was a joke — thrown together, falling apart, and completely inedible. It literally collapsed the moment I removed it from the packet. When I got home, ready to feed my daughter, I opened the Streetwise Pap box and found a Streetwise 2 with a few random chips. No pap, no gravy — nothing I actually paid for. I called the store, explained everything, and they asked for my address so they could send the correct items. After giving it, the manager tells me, “That’s too far. Can you come back and fetch it?” So it’s “too far” for them, but somehow fine for me to drive back for the third time because of their mistakes? This is honestly ridiculous. The lack of care, the wrong orders, the attitude, the insult, and then expecting me to keep returning to fix their errors? Absolutely unacceptable. I sent the manager photos, they took my reciept so all I have is the transaction amount on my back app

You definetely understoon the assignment of LOADED FRIES.... they must ask from you guys how you do it!!! Your fries are always FRESH, HOT, SAUCY, PACKED!!!! exactly what is meant by LOADED You box of fries is always filled up, all the ingrediants to its Maximum, Thank you Thank you. Your meat is always fresh, I honestly cant fault you in anything. I confidently use the drive through and not even check my order knowing I will get exaclty what I ordered when I get home, while these other stores you gott go in or check the order 1 by one cos WOW
There's nothing that ticks me off such as bad quality FOOD!!! Why is it that Debonairs stores don't offer the same quality of food!!! Bought Pizza @Greenstone Park Engen garage and it was a cupboard 😡😡😡 super dry, zero filling, no sauce, chewy dough. The only thing they got right was the heat!!! Does this mean one always has to purchase from trusted branches in order to be satisfied. What nonsense is this really , are you guys running out of ingredients? Are you running out of sauce and?
We got burnt burgers that are dry and cold.... I am not sure if these were warmed up or what but I wasted my money there.... And it's sad cos you only come across these when you are at home... It means we must always purchase to eat at the store in order to realise these faults. I've never been served such burnt bitter tasting food anywhere else I am really disappointed and angry at this kind of service yet you pride yourselves for serving freshly prepared food. This is despicable and unacceptable. How are we supposed to support and trust your services if this will happen... I had to start from scratch preparing a meal because the one I bought which was supposed to be my supper has burnt cupboard like patties drowned it lots of lettuce and sauces. I recently joined this medical assistance program, and I am horrified by the care I received. This is my heart-breaking tale. Since I have a 7-month-old, I made sure that certain things, including the waiting period, were covered when I took this medical aid. They were informed that I was leaving a medical assistance program I had worked with for many years. I took this medical aid and made sure certain things are covered such as waiting period since I have a 7 months old. I was moving from a medical aid I had with a company for years and that information was shared with them. They promised me that my child would not have to wait, but I would have to wait for three months. Since my child is currently the most important person in my life, I didn't mind. There is no waiting period for any benefits, and medical assistance is active for the child. On January 17, 2025, at 19:26, my child becomes ill. Her temperature was over 39.8, and her breathing was rapid, so I take her to the hospital right away. After examining her, the doctors stabilized her and requested admission to monitor her respiration, temperature, and hydration. They confirmed that they would admit her on the 18th at 1:00, following the completion of all necessary documentation. Then came my nightmare: when we were filling out the admission paperwork, they informed me that we needed authorization from my medical insurance, but my insurance is CLOSED UNTIL 08:00 in the morning. My child is in a sick bed with drips on, and they inform me that since your medical assistance is closed, they are unable to admit you and must transfer you to a government hospital. As in, what the devil? Medical assistance stated that they must determine whether the admittance was not due to a pre-existing medical condition. They called me on Monday to ask me questions and proceed with the admittance auth request; on Tuesday, they informed me that they were finalizing the authorization; and on a 7-month-old, I'm not sure if a high temperature is a condition that would be addressed month to month. I'm wondering why they would provide 24-hour authentication for a decision that would take seven or eight business days. Why do we even have requests for auths on infants, and why do we have authorizations for minors with no waiting period? As of today, January 30, I have yet to receive confirmation of whether or not the admission was accepted. My child is experiencing side effects from the medications and treatment
Sanlam reality and Planet fitness is the worst thing you can ever do to yourself. Dont ever fall for that TRAP, they will reap you off any chance they get. It was useless the first time when I joined and I cancelled. But went back because I thought they had improved but they are even worse. They will pull you in with empty promises of how you get gym benefits and discounts then they tell you some funny stories thereafter
Good day, I need urgent assistance with this because I am really unhappy about your service as of late. The first time this occurred, I bought the big packet of carrots for my charity work, only to find those carrots are rotten on the inside. The second time I bought the Cream you had on special going for 120 for 2, and found that 1 of the boxes is spoiled even though the expiry date was not reached. This Friday, I bought Pineapples from your store and to my surprise they are also rotten, VERY PRICEY YET ROTTEN. I excused the 1st and second time because I thought it might not be an issue of negligence. Even with this one, I thought it was maybe mishandled. But the second one is also the same. What is this? Does this mean we need to have someone cutting through a fruit or a veg before we can trust its good quality? Please get someone to look into this, urgently so!!! Regards,
