Horrible Food, Zero care what they serve clients
This store is by fat theeeee worst!!! They serve food thats not fresh. You have to buy midday if you dont want warmed up left overs. their service is horrible, they always have something going, if its not drive to the next window only for them to tell you they dont take cards, cash only... its horrible tasting food. I am really tired, and sad because this is the nearest KFC to me. literally next door but I need to travel all they way to other branches to get satisfactory service and quality food

Swak diens en onduidelike kommunikasie – Matriekafskeid op 1 Oktober 2025
Ons het Irene Farm *** Lane bespreek vir ons kinders se matriekafskeid wat op 1 Oktober 2025 plaasgevind het. Die venue self is baie mooi, maar die administrasie en kommunikasie was deurgaans uiters swak. Vanaf die begin het ons verskeie kere gevra vir hul Terms & Conditions, maar dit is nooit aan ons voorsien nie. Na die funksie probeer hulle om ekstra kostes by te voeg vir ons venue fotograaf. Van ons kinders wat wel foto’s geneem het by die venue (anders as die arrival fotos) het die R150 per persoon betaal soos hulle op daardie tydstip op die webwerf gespesifiseer was. Ongelukkig is die webwerf baie verwarrend, dit het oorspronklik R200 per paar vir matriekafskeid-fotos aangedui, en nou noem dit R150 per volwassene. Hierdie tipe teenstrydige kommunikasie maak dit uiters moeilik om te weet wat regtig van ons verwag word. Hierdie koste was nooit vooraf genoem, ooreengekom of op enige faktuur aangedui nie. Tot ons verbasing is hul webwerf intussen verander, en nou probeer hulle die nuwe bepalings gebruik as rede vir bykomende fooie. Dit is onprofessioneel en oneerlik teenoor kliënte wat reeds volgens die oorspronklike ooreenkoms betaal het. Ons groep voel sterk dat hierdie manier van sake doen onaanvaarbaar is. Die venuefooi van R10 000 behoort alle standaardfasiliteite in te sluit, en die foto’s wat daar geneem is, is in elk geval gratis bemarking vir hulle. Ek sal beslis nie Irene Farm *** Lane aanbeveel vir enige toekomstige funksies of skoolgeleenthede nie.

Irene Farm - The Barn conference venue
If you have to arrange a function, please consider Irene Farm. They have excellent service, the staff is friendly and efficient. The food is excellent. We had a corporate function in April and it was really great. They are helpful, they know what they are doing. From the security at the gate to the people assisting at the venue is friendly and helpful. Even the team in the kitchen is excellent and we had a lot of feedback from the people attending the function that their food is really good.

Bad or no service.
About two years ago, I visited Irene Farm with a friend. We had to wait an unusually long time just to receive the menu. After finally ordering, we faced another long wait for our food. The same frustrating experience repeated when it was time to get the bill and pay. Today, for the first time in two years, I decided to give Irene Farm another try and visited with a companion. Unfortunately, it was the same story—I sat waiting for service for far too long. This time, however, I decided enough was enough and left without being served. To the management: your service is among the worst I’ve experienced in this country. It’s time to either significantly improve or reconsider your operations. I will not be returning to endure such poor service again

The farm is so refreshing
The farm is so refreshing . It is my go to place when I’m feeling overwhelmed . I enjoy the Breeze and their pepper steak pie is out of this world . I decided not to eat any pie but the Irene pie 🙌🏾🔥

The farm is so refreshing
The farm is so refreshing . It is my go to place when I’m feeling overwhelmed . I enjoy the Breeze and their pepper steak pie is out of this world . I decided not to eat any pie but the Irene pie 🙌🏾🔥

Irene farm service poor
Had a horrible experience at the farms with regards to service and staff. They were unwilling help and even more so waited over 20 min to order a coffee even when it wasn’t busy. The staff are rude and can see they do not want to be there. We couldn’t even order without looking like we inconveniencing the staff. It’s sad to see such a place with full potential have such horrible service on a Saturday. I took my daughter to see the ***s and farm but was the only great thing. I will never return due to the staff being so poor in service and such poor attitude.

Irene farm service poor

Very poor service and cold food
Terrible service and cold food. (Lower restaurant) We had to ask 3 times before our table was cleaned after the previous customer's breakfast. Coffee took forever to come, had to ask 2 times. Received a lot of attitude from the waiter. Food took longer than 45 minutes and when it arrived some it what incorrect and all of it was cold. Eggs tasted old. Will not go there again.
