There was confusion on their side and now they don’t refund me
They say you can chat on WhatsApp from 08:30-17:00 and when you message them AFTER 08:30 they still say they are unavailable They have picked up the parcel Tuesday and it is STILL not delivered
This is the most useless hospital I've seen! Sisters don't care and they treat you like ****! They give you an invoice of a certain amount, and then suddenly afterwards you have to pay in AFTER they said there is no further payments required! USELESS!!
I do wish you could give lower then a 1 star because this is what this USELESS UTTERLY UTTERLY USELESS PATHETIC FNB DESERVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 They just have absolutely NO interest in assisting their customers with anything!!!!!!!!!! Customer serivce NONE NONE NONE it is NO existing - your money is not safe - they don't care if you need financial help - they don't assist in moving your debit order so THAT it can be paid to THEM USELESS BANK!!!!!!!!!!
At the beginning I thought this company has good assistance but now I am starting to doubt it. Two weeks ago an order was placed and the full amount is STILL not paid into my account When I ask them why they say the team is investigating it Now I an asking HOW does it take TWO WEEKS!!!!!!! So if they can’t even pay that small amount “the next business day” as they claim but I am waiting two weeks!!!! How can a merchant trust them with bigger transactions????????
Just taking money from my account AFTER I cancelled the contract So on other words they are thieves And when you try to send an email to support@rain.co.za the email just suddenly does not exist!!! And they just DO NOT care to contact you back UTTERLY UTTERLY USELESS
Worse service EVER! I phoned them twice asking WHY did TWO payments (debit orders) went off from my account of which the one I DID not agree to. I have sent a hundred emails and just absolutely no response. . . But who knows, maybe they'll wake up when I send this through to the Credit Ombudsman
FNB makes me SO mad. NO NO NO NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They can EASILY take money if you little behind on a small amount like R191 BUT when you report a fraud cade THEY JUST DON’T CARE!!!!!! So at the end of the day FNB gives me no choice but to report them to the Ombudsman

Don't use their service - they are useless! And they don't care, and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes.
