I've been a customer of Home-Connect for a while now, and I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. Recently, my internet was down for about 32 hours, which was due to an issue with the Fibre Network Owner (FNO). While I understand that these things can happen, I was really impressed with how Home-Connect handled the situation. They kept us informed and were very transparent about the issue. Once the issue was resolved, everything came back online smoothly, and I could see the efforts made to minimize the impact. It’s great to know that Home-Connect values communication and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend their service!
I used them for the first time, and I was surprised. The items were not expensive, the packaging was great and delivery was fast. Thank you Make Electronics. You are great.
About two years ago, I visited Irene Farm with a friend. We had to wait an unusually long time just to receive the menu. After finally ordering, we faced another long wait for our food. The same frustrating experience repeated when it was time to get the bill and pay. Today, for the first time in two years, I decided to give Irene Farm another try and visited with a companion. Unfortunately, it was the same story—I sat waiting for service for far too long. This time, however, I decided enough was enough and left without being served. To the management: your service is among the worst I’ve experienced in this country. It’s time to either significantly improve or reconsider your operations. I will not be returning to endure such poor service again
Dear Home-Connect. Why is my internet down again. Why is your WhatsApp number not working anymore. Why do I have to install an app just to talk do you. I don't need another app especially not yours. Improve your bad service or I go somewhere else. It's worse than telkom.
Are they even real? I've been a member for a few years now and requested assistance twice. On both occasions they never returned to me. Don't rely on them. They won't be able to assist.
Trying to query an unknown account with Nedbank is impossible. SARS need a tax certificate to an account I'm not aware of and Nedbank transfer you from one person to the next and you have to explain everything over and over without getting anywhere. Telephone support is of no use. It's better to go elsewhere.
I recently went to Wierapark 2 Spar to get n small packet of Grandpa headache powders. When I got home the packet was only half. So I went back to talk the the mamnager. I was told this happens and its not his staff. This Spar is becoming worse by the day. A few month a go I got a large packet ot NikNaks and when I got home half the chips fell out in the bag. There was a huge hole in one corner eaten throug by a rat. Ths is a good exsample how Spar is lately. This branch needs a new owner. I think this owner is also the owner of the comlex. This is why they can shout at shop owners in the complex. Where did the barber go? Yeah I was there.
I really don't know what to do anymore. My internet randomly disconnects for the past two months. Every time when you send a WhatsApp you just get an automated replay saying they are aware of the problem. This morning my internet got disconnected and is still down at 18:00. The only thing working on their side is the debit order system. Maybe the problem is with vuma again but guess what? We don't even get a message telling is about anything. I worked for an isp and I developed a system to send messages to all clients in a area where the internet is down. How can you not do this? Why can't you ge the problems sorted out? Services was better before and getting worse by the day. Keep it up and soon you will be closing doors.
I'm currently sitting at Rooihuiskraal Sasol at corner Rooihuiskraal road and Hendrik Verwoerd. Petrus messed up and gave me pensioners discount for car wash. After they washed my car Petrus came to me pointing his dirty finger in my face telling me I have to pay full price Who is going to teach Petrus manners? Who gave him the right to be rude to my mom because she can't find the invoice?
Today I went to Pick n Pay at Jean Crossing just to get upset again. I've never seen baskets at the door. And as always when I ask for a basket at the door, I get a very dirty look. Today I asked to talk to the manager (Thats what she calls herself). Weh I asked her why its a problem getting baskets at the door she gave me the same dirty look and locked herself up behind her little caged door. King of the Hill manager. Listen Nthabiseng, there is something wrong here. You dont belong at PnP or is PnP the problem employing managers who cant communicate with the public? I will visit again and will ask the same questions. Im not your dog and you treat customers with respect. PnP claose this branch or give it to someone who can. You are making your name bad with managers like Nthabiseng.
