Very unhappy!
I was gifted the Jabulani Rattan 2 seater couch. What a piece of *******. Manufacturer Contour Outdoor must be so embarrassed by this piece of *******. I've tried for a month & still can't assemble this. Many others I've spoken with also battled beyond words.

Cat hates your new food
I've been feeding my cat Whiska's wet food jelly for the last 7 years. I'm not sure why you thought it was a great idea to change the recipe, but from a Cat Owner, this was the worst decision your business could have made. Your new recipes are disgusting & myself & other Cat Owners, who have re**** on your jelly food for our cats for years, are now throwing away packet after packet of uneaten food. Our cats wont even taste the food. We are now resorted to find alternatives. If it is not broken, dont fix it

Complaint - you messed up my upgrade again!
Hi, I cant believed you messed up my account again. I was due for an upgrade & asked for airtime to be added to the 20gb package I had. The Consultant understood my needs but when she activated the changes it deleted the 20gb. Now I have airtime & 1gb data! Please fix this asap without charging me more or cancel my account without costs as Im highly annoyed that your Consultants keep lying to me. Im so over you & your bad upgrades! 6 telephone calls, 5 Agents & none can help me! Tobi is the stupidist thing I've ever encountered & your IVR is worse than the 50 telephone numbers ABSA uses for their services. FIX THIS
