I have been a rain customer for a few years now and the service is TERRIBLE!! My internet connection is on and off. I sent many emails and got no response! The call center agents and managers are rude and argue everything! Canceling my service!!!
My daughter used her Xmas money to purchase a voucher of R 500 to buy a game (purchased online). When she tried to buy the game it would allow her because we could not change the country. I requested a refund the same day. The vouchers have not been used and Microsoft isn't responding to any messages that I have been sending since 1 January 2022.
