It would be unfair if i don't share my experience with laptop4u! I got my dell xps laptop within 2 days! This is my first online purchase. I was a little bit afraid of negative reviews of online shopping, But laptop4u proved me wrong! Kudos to Laptop4u team! just one query : Please any official can inform me from where/which physical shop I will claim the warranty in PE?

So today I phoned multichoice to request a simple thing and it took me 4 hours on the call with their agents. The request was to remove explorer from the package and keep two decoders. The secondary decoder was supposed to change to primary and third decorder should have been secondary now. The First Agent did that and pictures were seen on the remaining two decoders. Then 1 hour later the secondary decoder did not have pictures. Little did I know I will face useless and incompetent agents after I lost the pictures on the secondary decoder. The first problem was their agents did not pronounce their name properly and they kept on keeping me on hold without reasons. Their agents didn’t know what to do now and I explained what I told the first agent hoping it will help as she was also struggling before but this did not help. Then the last agent I spoke to was a guy by the name of Mpumelelo. Mpumelelo noticed that my cellphone number was changed and I told him one of the previous useless agent changed my numbers so that I don’t have to rate her. I am challenging multichoice today to find the agents who changed my contact number because all my information has been shared with third party who has nothing to do with my account. This is breach on POPi and if multichoice fail to act on my breach of information I will escalate the matter to the relevant ombudsman to deal with the matter and I will also cancel my whole account since multichoice plays repeats. I kept multichoice because of my kids but other than that I don’t draw any benefits from this since I don’t watch to myself
