My wifi bought 5 router unlimited wifi On 28 Feb 2025 got home plugged it in and it worked perfectly for something like 30 min we called in they fixed and so it continued only working for 30 min and we called and it happened over and over there was a gentle man at call office who helped us wonderfully but when his shift ended so did our wifi Sunday he knocked off 15:00 and 15:30 we had no wifi u till even knw he locked a call for the technicians or It guys but we still have limited wifi and from Sunday till knw now wifi she paid upfront I think over R700 and the 4th of March she have to pay again for April but we not using unlimited wifi like u guys said in the package it's more like wifi every 30 min during the day and at night no wifi just fix it please cause we taught we gona save money but it costs us Xtra when your wifi is not working we are forced to buy data for the whole family I am trying to put everything here in a really nice way but I am really very very angry please just fix it my wife's details are Michelle Goliath she bought the 5g router in Worcester
Cris Pelser helped me app**** got no money they debited twice R250 and u struggle to cancel the debit order they actually *****ing your money do not let them near your bank account I am so angry at my self for not researching them was suppose to come and check here first
a couple of month's back our explora gave problems my wife it's on her name Michelle Goliath and they could not fix we did not have insurance so she bought a new one taking out insurance aswell the new one worked for almost a month and then we could not use any of the explora features, but we could still watch dstv we did not worry we went on like that until my wife got a chance to go to the nearest multichoice when she got there on Friday 06/01/22 the gave her a new decoder then when she got home ko channels were working displaying a message 107 something she called and after waisting a lot of time on the phone they told her to go back to the nearest multichoice with is 25 kilos away she went Monday again got told it wil be fixed and still we are 4 days with out dstv its really bad if I don't pay u guys cut my service's I understand but what happens when u payed but u can't watch and u can't fix the problem I don't think it's the 1st problem like this. Call center tells me multichoice must fix it multicoice tells me head office must fix it just fix the problem please
