Telkom claim insurance as maladministration, if anyone read this don't ever take phone insurance from telkom , come claim time you will struggle with your claim, since I submitted my claim in October 2024 till today February 2025 no progress on my claim, I am so dissatisfied to an extent that even a phone , I don't think I would ever want to buy a phone from Telkom
Very disappointed at this company, I took a vehicle insurance with them and cancelled before the cover could commence ,however they told me they will continue deducting and they will refund my premium as they have already sent the order to the bank, we'll they did refund me,however it has been showing on my credit record that am owing them a premium, they are actually ruining my credit record, I called them several times they keep saying they will escalated the matter to the department that is supposed to cancel that record till today, since January 2023.

Am I am Nkosinathi am very hard broken, I have been an active client of Yesplay since 2020 October, since that time everything was fine I could place bets , loose, win and widraw, until last week, I have won now there's big amount in my account suddenly when I want to widraw money, they disables the option of being able to widraw they requested the proof of previous deposits , i did provide them, since last week the 12th of May 2022, still my account is not fixed I can't place bets i can't widraw my money is stacked in the account, I keep calling to inquire they say they send everything to the accounts department they don't know when is account department going to fix the problem, I have sent them Fica documents as they requested but still nothing is happening my account remain inactive
I am not happy at all about the treatment especially considering that I have been an active client since 2020 October, all along my account was perfect , I was beting loosing, winning and widrawing, until last week things changed I had winnings of big amount, now suddenly my option of widrawing is disabled, they requested proof deposit and FICA documents, I have provided them since last week Thursday with the required documents, now there's no reply my account remain inactive , I can't place bets I can't widraw, I keep calling to follow up they just say the did check with the accounts department they also don't know when are they gona fix my account, its heart breaking especially when you have big money in your account and there's no feedback nothing, you are just wondering alone if ever you will get your money.
