Regain a wonderful consultant
I called this morning selected English and spoke to the 3 most rudeness people in my life horrible service.but then I called again a selected Afrikaans option 2 and spoke to the most kind and sweetest person that went the extra Mille to assist me with the query I had. Golden Arrow call center must employ more consultants like Regain that assisted me.

Worse company do not go work there
I made this company R57 000 from 11th of March till 28th however I only got paid R865 for all of that hard work. Then also they address is completely wrong and the address showing on the internet and the actual address is different . Then the Team Leader still walk around on the floor pointing a empty 9mm pistol to the agents and tell them to make sales then also tell us as the agents we should tell the cliets that we will give they overcharged on the interest rate back into they bank account as we will refund the overcharged that is not true they are telling lies to the people of South africa . I think the NCR should step in here.

C Parsley and Lady Michaelis Clinic worse ever
So here is a update on C Parsley from 2 months back she made me a appointment on the 13th February 2024 for the 24/04/2024 when I got here there was no appointment on they system but it is written down on the white card that they give you. I got here 20 to 12 as my appointment was at 12 then to top it they tell me that they can't help me and I must come the next day. So then one of the security stepped in and told me let's go to room 2 sorhat we can help you. The security gard deserves C Parsley possision as he is unable to do her job and I'm gonna say again she is not here for the right reasons they should get rid of here as C Parsley is giving this place such a bad name. I have PCOS and it's averting my whole body they are here to assist but they don't even look at you. I am gonna take this further as if C Parsley just looked at my referral letter then she would have seen its PCOS . But no just because I'm white and attending a Day Hospital she thinks in her little stupid brain that is a drug rash on my body and STD she did not even test for PCOS like I told her and like my private doctor give the referral letter. From I started its been since last year December till today while I'm sitting here that can't give me answers because they wanna send a person whole time to C Parsley that is thinking she knows best but she is only a Registered Nurse and not even a doctor . I gonna go far to make sure that her certification get taking away and that she will never get a work in the medical field again. Then to top it more I had the appointment with a doctor but then they still send me to C Parsley that is not a doctor am I will make sure that she will never become one. The. To top it the Doctor I seen today does not care the ***ment on my sikn i making white spots on my boday the pain in extreme but I need to make a appointment gynecologist what might only be November December 2024. This place is the worst day Hospital and if anything goes wrong I'll make sure this day Hospital pays for it

Sandra cash converters Tokai
So disappointed in Cash converters Tokai finance department, I have been a loyal customer for over two years as I take a loan each and every month at Tokai Cash converters Last month I made a new loan there is a new lady that started Sandra she is the most horrible person that they ever employed she use disrespectful languages and making raises comments towards her clients,, today I went there again and she again told a consultant of the floor don't put this ****en stuff of my table infront of me then she also have the nerve to tell me that I only can get the amount of R1200 where Last month I took R1800 and on other occasions I took R 2000 I make payment every month as per every month I take different amounts then to top that telling me as a client no the previous consultant was *** stupid, However Sandra can't even read a email properly I asked her on Friday to do please confirm employment on my side to get clearance for the loan she told me sure I'll do it when I got there today it was not done and she said she will just put a name on my paper to say she spoke to someone I will never trust CASH CONVERTERS TOKAI .. I personally will never sit a foot in CASH CONVERTERS TOKAI and all people I know that I reffed to CASH CONVERTERS TOKAI I will notify about this Sandra sothat we all can rather keep ourselves and our information safe, as I really don't know our of which mountain Sandra comes out but the longer she is there the more clients they will lose due to Sandra she is definitely not made to work with any client or in a position that she must read or think,,

If there was a way to make an 0 I would have The worst company and management Accounts of people not getting paid account gets handed over to attorneys after the clients been paying everymonth No feedback on anyone call the landline then the number gets dropped in your ear..if you do get hold of someone they can never help you due to not enough knowledge.. or the incorrect person. Then to come back to management when an agent is on an call you will hear in the background the an women that sounds like she must in admin swering on the sales floor also when an agent is on a call they will klap hands and say the the agent must get the debicheck on the line without reading any contract is a big scam... Then to come to the employees they get an basic in December when they come there basic been taking away and they only on an commission basis if the clients pay once it comes to paying out commission all of the clients say insufficient funds but when you do go on they systems it shows that clients paid but no Commission paid out to the agent that made the sales...... Do not become an client or an employee that will be the worst choose you ever made
