I bought a washer and dryer which is under warrantee. I phoned- its a week later still no calls no technicians came to service the machine. Nobody responds to my emails. No one calls me back. Everytime I phone it costs me 48 mins and money. They just dont care
This is the second time I ordered that all my items were not in my order and Uber Eats are not reading their support mail and not refunding me- very dissapointed
None if their contact numbers work None of their emails work They are debiting my account I dont even have an account They cant be contacted! REFUND me and stop billing me and get an email address
I placed an order online and requested a refund online after I sent item back. They say I must fly in from Pretoria to go to Makro Ottery and receive my refund there For an online order I have to go into a different province into a store for a refund.
I phone makro everyday and write emails everyday- their systems is not synced they are not linked everyday I have to explain the same story since June. They want me to go into makro ottery and I am in Pretoria. Each agent makes different promises each agent makes different sayings and nothing is happening. They collected my item 7 July and I am still not refunded.
Ive been phoning Makro everyday to get my refund- shown them pictures that they collected my item- its a month later and I still dont have my refund. They are still enquring about the item after they collected it- still no refund and I have to speak to a jew agent everyday explaining the story everyday- 38 minutes is the average time spent everyday on the phone with zero progress and empty promises
No phone number works - no email adress to mail them- no way to speak to someone who can help- they deduct MONEY but I have zero product!!!
Its been 4 weeks and I still have not received my headboard- I cant even cancel the order. Whenever I phone in - they just tell me the delay is with the courier or with the supplier- item should have been delivered already and they cant tell me where it is. I cant even just cancel the order because according to them there is no cancel option whil in transit- but each customer service representative tells me a different story. I am renting out my place and everyday its costing me money. Everyday they delay its costing ke money. This is unacceptable- in every way.
I have ordered a refrigerator from Makro online and the fit and colour didn't work in the apartment - so I ordered a more expensive fridge in a different colour that works perfectly. I WAS DENIED A REFUND on my first fridge while I bought a new fridge already. I have also ordered a headboard 3 weeks ago STILL not delivered. I AM STILL WAITING THEM TO COLLECT the fridge from my house. Ive been phoning them everyday for at least 40 minutes to find out why collection hasn't happened. STILL NO REFUND STILL NO REPLY Still no collection Makro is breaking the law in consumer rights for not collecting my return and paying my refund. This is extremely bad . I phoned. I mailed. Every day. Nothing. " we will escalate, we will escalate" Worst service and zero assistance
Telkom is ZERO operated and ZERO on a contract I phoned Telkom yesterday all day- no one answered. 32 mins holding for my one call, 28 mins for the other and all the other calls " transferred transferred transferred" - They eat while they speak to me They put the phone down in my ear while I am speaking - they dint even try and help me. They just dont care. Then I decided to go in-store- in store they told me they cant help me we must phone- the exact same numbers I phoned yesterday all day - Ive been sitting here in-store for 35 mins listening to the same tune- WORST WORST WORST experience ever ever ever!!!! Requested a call back still no call back still no help. No one can even give me an email adress.
