What a wonderful experience with 1st for woman. Insurance of only 2months young and boom Tv falls accidentally. 1st claim and no hassles. This has been dealt with within a week . It probably would’ve been less had they gotten hold of me earlier then they anticipated. The staff was remarkable. Jaden Moodley spectaculaire personality and extremely helpful tries his best to attend to your needs with a little bit of giggles in between not to bore you as we all know insurance calls can be long and tiring🥺 further more I have the claims department Milicent Mgwenya wow.. her greeting alone had me smiling, full of energy, life is on her side Alhamdulilah very kind tone of voice, assistance of note. Wendy Mbobo just as warm and inviting as the rest. Normally companies would promise to call back and never does(especially when they are not receiving) (claims is a give away), she instantly called back and sounded very happy to have gotten hold of me, normallynobody’s happy to give away anything 🤣well she was.. I am in awe with the service received from these workers I am really happy with the results and the way I was handled telephonically. I can not fault them on anything. Please stay this awesome even on days when you don’t feel to be because you never know who would appreciate your kind souls. Shukran once again. If I were the head of the company y’all be getting bonuses 🥰❤️It’s people like you who makes a difference so appreciation should be visible sometimes. I trust that the company invest in y’all and employ more to that caliber!! 💯
My all time favorite hospital.. I just want to applause to T Khumbuza for loving her job so much.. She helped me tremendously and the love for what she does shows in her actions aswell as hsr eyes and the way she addresses her patients. She ddnt only show this to me but to everyone else around me. Her fellow colleagues are just as helpful but she is outstanding. When you love what you do you dont have to work a day in your life.. Thats what she proved to me. Keep it up Mowbray staff. If i had all the names i wouldve mentioned them but unfortunately i ddnt take it at the time.. But im sure they know who they are.. Yall are all appreciated much!!
I would love to share experience today at goodwood traffic department.. The entire department reminded me of the very same services and iv received from Mowbray maternity hospital where everyone from the too of the hierarchy to the bottom of the hierarchy was remarkable.. Today iv experienced equality.. Nobody was above or under anyone as it should be where ever one goes. Iv witnessed how a supervisor graft just as hard or even harder then the workers working below her Miss/Mrs Vuyo Ndenze. (pardon i ddnt ask her title i was to amaze by her act of service delivery.. A woman whom i can say loves what she does be it for whatever reason.. Respectful kind and polite. Keep up the good work your work does not go unseen even if at times it can feel that way. She has all the patience in the world and her leadership skills speaks volumes and does wonders in the department, why? Her followers within the work place rubs off beautifully and does the same.. Lead by example sits very well on this woman honestly. Well done Miss/Mrs Vuyo Ndenze. Her staff members Sinetemba Kula (im not sure of ur title but im pretty sure ur an all rounder as you assisted everywhere with pride respect and a gorgeous smile that could brighten up any person's day) keep on doing what ur doing you never know whom you might save with this amazing soul of yours. Chrissy Schonen & Marychen Wilsnagh (Cashiers) wow.. Before i even got to the payment section i could literally hear the laughs n giggles of every client you guys assisted.. I was amazed and realized simultaneously that yous have a good leader especially after iv been told who the supervisor was.. I loved the energy yall had, the manner in which you assisted everyone with different personalities but never did i hear or see that you guys were disrespectful nor got impatient. Keep it up ladies, truthfully touched my brian cells that i had to take this gap to wrire this review, its well deserved. Then we have Mr Simpiwe Mhluzi the eye tester 😊 loved your sense of humor sir, well carried and well spoken man. You made my day with your jokes. Due to the staff being so helpful and polite i think it rubbed off on the clients as we all acted out as one big happy family no matter the gender color or race. My day turned out far better then anticipated. Alhamdulilah. All praise to God. Please always keep this standard 🙏
Qwen was extremely polite and thorough. Knows his product very well.. explained benefits to the T. He was very helpful and I am very impressed and happy with the service received.
Recently I have been experiencing some network issues with rain network provider. I tried to cancel via customer support only to find that I am cancelling a sim called 4g cost of R479 which I still had to pay an outstanding amount of R123.60. This was before I realized that what I am actually cancelling is not what’s been deducted from my account.. they requested bank statements and bank cad number which I have happily forwarded to them. Their responds was the account was under my husbands name . I then forwarded screenshots of both accounts explaining repeatedly that it’s from my account which the deductions was made and that we only reopened a new account with his name however I paid and had proof of it they are still requesting bank statements for R479 which I have noW for the umphteenth time said I have nothing of that amount to show but the R699 since the account has been opened!! Now they have switched agents and I have to start from the beginning.. I even spelled it out by using numbers to indicate and name my story by breaking it down in number form as it seems nobody understands or reads or does anything other then telling me the same thing. I have requested them to call me and nothing.. I logged a ticket under my husbands account to cancel , they called him however the call was unsuccessful as he works in another country and can only liase via email. He too asked of them to contact me they still havnt yet they asked to contact him and with this said they first asked is there someone in SA they could speak to when he said His wife they then Said they can only liase with Him.. I am so frustrated.. we paid for this month as it’s a month to month contract.. I asked him to tell them to cancel the service however logically that should only occur last day of the month since I already paid for the month.. now I am without a service of which was fully paid for.. an unresolved issue with regards to R479 which was never taken from my account but they have a record of it but can’t explain it to me. And nobody contacting me telephonically to resolve this.. instead they swopping agents just so I can loose my nuts on 7 and a half month pregnant And repeat myself! I legit didn’t want to do this review as I have told them several times this will be my last resort and they still forced my hand clearly they don’t care about their company so I don’t see why I should be..
