Absolutely appalling experience with Vodapay. Money was deducted from my bank account for a BP voucher, yet no voucher was ever received. There is no contact number to reach Vodapay, and logging a complaint is entirely pointless. When they eventually call, the phone rings once and is immediately dropped, making it impossible to answer. This feels deliberate. To make matters worse, I bought another voucher in October — again, no voucher and no refund. This is not a once-off error; it is a repeated failure with zero accountability. Taking customers’ money without delivering the product or issuing refunds is unacceptable. I strongly warn others to stay away until Vodapay fixes its support and payment systems. Extremely frustrating and deeply disappointing.
I accidentally purchased an eBook while still logged into my previous employer’s account, which meant the book was added to their digital library instead of mine. I reached out to Wize Books, and they were incredibly helpful and efficient in resolving the issue. They issued a new voucher so that I could redeem the eBook on my account. I ordered a Boomerang Bag from GIO Bags on Wednesday at 16:00, and to my surprise, it arrived by Thursday at 08:00! The delivery was speedy, and the service was efficient. I appreciate the quick turnaround time and seamless ordering process. Highly recommended!
Ordered a computer mouse on the 1st of January. On the 4th they let me know out of stock and will be refunded into my account. Still not in my account. I have phoned five times and sent numerous emails. They keep sending me emails saying that it was refunded on 1 January. The money did not return to my account.
Ordered on the 29th of August, delivery scheduled for the 5th of September. No delivery and I thought maybe my contact number was wrong. Checked with them and my contact number is correct. Phoned, and they said the courier could not get hold of me 3 times, therefore it was a failed delivery. I had no contact with any courier. I want my delivery at the latest tomorrow.
An International company wrongly took money from my account( Fraud)!. I have been trying to get ABSA to explain the error code regarding the refund to me for over 8 months. They ignore my question and state the obvious. There should not be a problem with the refund but it is there. Asking for more information when all the necessary information was provided. Useless bunch with no idea how to help a client!
Be very careful when you are in the hospital and need crutches, etc. Get your own from Dischem. Bloemfontein Ortopediese Dienste charge 3x the amount Dischem does. They force other accessories on that you do not need such a shoe as my leg was non-weight bearing. Charges for fitting for crutches and a shoe? Also, charge consultation and I do not understand how that is possible. The doctor prescribed crutches, so no consultation from Bloemfontein Ortopediese Dienste.
Burger King Preller pay with voucher facility has never worked since they opened. Please also note they are closed during loadshedding.

My internet service in Bloemfontein central is nonexisting. Vodacom blames loadshedding. My son is with Telkom and is able to stream while I can't even read the news.
