Ayanda Nzama was excellent in taking the call, arranging support with oir burst geyser and having a new unit indtalled the same day They even followed up the next day after the insident to ensure we are happy. This is very good client service and experience
I have been a client of Cartrack for more than 10 years, and I must tell you that they really improved a lot. Years back you struggled to get hold of them and their after sales departments, but now it is quick, in they follow up
The streaming is always buffering. Sometimes the channels is in foreign languages other than English. I have been complaining for months and all they tell you the whole time is to reinstall the app. This doesn’t work. This is a ****py service and not worth spending the money. They are affordable, but if you get nothing for this cheap service, then they are actually very expensive I have proof of all my complaints and told them that I will review them with facts where they actually threatened me

Good day I was always a Toyota and Navara customer. I buy a double cab bakkie every year of my life because I drive a lot. In 2022 one of my dealers advised me to try a Isuzu and especially work with Westvaal Isuzu in Polokwane as he gets good service from them So I traded my Navara in which was 1 year old, and bought e DMax 3.0 from them. What a wonderful vehicle and the service from the dealer principal was excellent Then, in 2023 I advised the dealer principal that it is time to get a new vehicle as the current one’s km’s is getting high Again, with great assistance a demo 1.9 LS DC was sold to me and again a great vehicle Until the 30,000 km service…. Then the trouble started: I went for wheel alignment, and afterwards experienced a huge vibration on the bakkie. I went back and was told it was the tyres: those silly Dunlops they fit on the new vehicles So I replaced the tyres at my own expense due to the vehicle being older than 6 months and warranty from Dunlop is non- existent I took a trip to the Eastern Cape and the vibration got worse with the new tyres. Whilst in PE, in the time I was there I did the wheel alignment 4 times with no success. To my frustration I went to the Isuzu dealer in PE, and was told by the workshop manager that he isn’t even going to open a jobcard. He will drive with me, but he knows about that problem and it is what it is. At that stage 7 bakkies was already taken back/ replaced in the PE region On my return I complained to the dealer principal and on their cost he took the vehicle to a fancy balancing institution in PTA, and it was determined that the left rear tyre was unbalanceable. Again excellent service from the dealer principle The tyre agent then replaced it for me, and the huge vibration was gone. I went down to StMichaels on sea for the vacation in Dec and it started again. The front tyres were also worn on the inside,I had to replace them. They only had 8000 km on them When I went to a HiQ tyre agent, he said to me he knows the problem, and he has numerous customers complaining. The stabilizers aren’t strong enough, and the cast & camber adjusts continuously. He knows the problem and was in contact with the local Isuzu dealer, but nobody seems to care. He also reckons there is a problem with the steering rack and the engineering around it I mentioned this to the dealer principle in Polokwane, and it seems that nobody wants to acknowledge the problem with these bakkies So what can we do now I need to get rid of it, and soon To date with 48,000 km’s on the clock, 1 year old this vehicles trade value dropped by 50% Nobody wants them, and I will have to take the knock I am not going to and is willing to fight this
