I recently inquired about a property viewing, but the experience over the phone with an agent by the name Precious Nkabinde was so unpleasant that I decided not to proceed. Her attitude was unhelpful as if she is doing me a favour 😂her time was very patronising as well! She has bad manners, is rude and unwelcoming. Didn’t even bother proceeding with her and viewing the property was appalled by her behaviour over the phone and it left a very negative impression of her and the agency. I will never forget that name PRECIOUS NKABINDE.
Rain is terrible! Since last year it has been slow and it keeps disconnecting resulting in me not being able to connect to the internet. I regularly have to switch my WiFi off and on again, I have to do this a couple of times a day. However, today I’ve done a number of times but I still haven’t been able to connect to the internet for an hour now!! This is unacceptable! I am unsubscribing!!
I had (still do) a problem with linking my Paypal account with FNB. I dialed the 0875 PAYPAL number on the bottom of the FNB online banking screen. I spoke to a very rude call center guy by the name of Musa (I unfortunately did not get his surname). He sounded so impatient and annoyed when I asked for details and clarity. I called the number twice and got him on both occasions. Both times he asked a few security questions, which included my cellphone number and on the second call my airtime ran out. The guy did not even have the decency to call back or email me after literally taking my cell phone number and email address twice. He was very rude and impatient!! I did not appreciate that!
