Great service from prince and Albert
I would like to strongly commend one of the home affairs branch officials on a sterling service that he provides. I believe he deserves high accolades from the highest office in the department of home affairs. I have had the privilegde to be assisted by Rudzani from Ennerdale home affairs! I was taken aback by Rudzani's willingness to even assist clients in his private time. Rudzani has saved me and my wife time and money when it came to following up on our children's change of surname. Rudzani is the epitome of great service and an asset to the Government. Thank you Rudzani and may you be elevated further in your work space for great service!

My son's circumcision procedure went well and I'm impressed with the Doctor. The reception ladies were helpful but I noted with grave disappointment, on two separate occasions (yesterday and today, 27/01/2022 and 28/01/2022) that two gentlemen that came after I had arrived on both days, were made to see the doctor before me and my son and this didn't sit well with me because I had to go to work after the appointment so I was in a hurry. The first day it happenned I didn't make a big deal about it but on day two it bothered me. I asked the reception lady why is it that the gentlemen was allowed to see the doctor before me when I arrived before him. The lady told me she was struggling to find my son's file so she let the gentlemen in but wasn't she supposed to at least ask if I was ok with that and give me an opportunity to agree with him going before me? I don't know the ladies well enough to judge but it bothered me and I wondered if the gentlemen weren't given preference because they had a different race than myself. It's too much of a coincidence that the same thing happenned on two consecutive days and I was not told anything (about not finding the card in time, untill I asked) The procedure went well but I found the receptionists behaviors rather unprofessional
