Very poor service
We bought a Fridge from them for R15000 LG fridge with a 10 year warranty at House and home pavilion shopping centre this was bought in 2023 it suddenly started making funny noises now it has stopped working completely when we got in touch with them they are telling us that it only has a 2 year guarantee with them this information was not shared with us when we bought this Fridge now they are giving us the run around telling us that its no longer their problem we should speak to LG electronics LG is telling us that they can only fix this issue next year the whole of December we dont have a Fridge our meat went off I would never recommend House and Home pavllion and LG electronics to anyone very bad service from them both

Poor service
We bought an LG Fridge from House and Home in November 2023 the Fridge was R15000 the fridge has stopped working we then got in touch with House and Home and they told us that our 2 year guarantee is over and they will contact LG electronics to assist now LG os saying that they can only fix the Fridge next year we are suppose to be with out a Fridge in December we cant even buy meat because of this poor customer service from both service providers
