25 Years Loyal Vodacom client - How do I Cancel???
I want to cancel my contract. Amir tried to help me last week and said he will call me back last week Thursday. But I have seen no call and no email. His solution to saving me money and retaining me was getting me to agree to new 24/36 month agreements nr 5-36177458350855 quote nr will confirm. His service was really good I have to give him that on the day but follow up non existant. Can a manager please email me to help me cancel jauret@fidelity-services.com.

Steers Sutherland Wierdapark, order placed and they simply did not deliver it.
Last night 19:46 I phoned Steers Sutherland to place an order for Delivery and spoke to Phuti, he was very helpful took my order and confirmed my address (maybe 3km from the restaurant) and said they will deliver. Guess what we never got our order from 20:50-21:00 I was on hold for a manager at the store and they simply did not answer the phone. I do not know what is worst, the fact that the franchisee is losing stock and revenue or that we ended up eating grilled cheese sandwiches for supper due to no delivery.

Take Care when Flying Safair
I travelled to CapeTown last week from JHB with FlySafair and booked in 1 bag as luggage. Once received in Capetown the bag was damaged and can not be used again a it has a hole in it now. I logged a complaint within 24 hours as expected unfortunately no response yet. They simply do not take care when handling luggage.

Segal Studios - simply remarkable
Segal Studios was part of my daughters perfect day on 11 March 2023. We had the privilege's of having Stephen Segal (what a kind soul) take their wedding photos. What an amazing day it was and Stephen captured it perfectly for us to look at and remember in years to come. Stephen's photography go above and beyond simply taking a picture. His photos portray the emotions that was felt and captures the essence of the moment in every shot. Every one who meets him, love being around him and the work this man does is remarkable.

Function at the Junction = Leandra and team truly incredible
On 11 March 2023 my daughter got married at Function at the Junction. What a great venue. The staff was courteous and friendly and around every corner when you needed help. They were fast and precise. The place is beautiful and a perfect setting for any wedding. The vibe and DJ was so much fun. But most of all Leandra and her team made my daughter and (now) son in law's dreams come true. Leandra is brilliant at what she does, taking care of every little detail and making a bride feel she is in the best hands ever. She was there every step of the journey from planning to setting up, to locking up when all was done and dusted. Leandra made sure nothing was forgotten and even if it was she had a perfect way of giving an alternative that made the bride happy. Leandra is a true asset to the venue and deserve all the accolades that come her way. You can see she has a remarkable leadership ability as her team managed everything like a well oiled machine on the day. This Venue needs to receive all the 5 stars it can get from being remarkable to being unique, customer centric, to being unbelievable affordable, to being classy, elegant, breathtaking and impossible to forget. If you ask me there is no question have your Function at the Junction and if you can get Leandra to arrange it all she is simply amazing.

Beauty-N-U and Adele - remarkable, brilliant, customer centric, sensitive, calm, unmatched, perfect and professional.
Adele Segal is a woman with a heart of gold. And so is anyone you will meet at Beauty-N-U. On 11 March 2023 we had the privilege to have Adele do the makeup for my daughters wedding. This woman is incredible, she is superbly professional and the calmest version of a woman you can find. Even in the final panic hour she was incredible calm, radiating this unto those still waiting in the Q to be made beautiful by her. My daughter looked like a supermodel and no matter how hard we partied the make up remained perfect from Grandma to Aunty to bridesmaids. Adele you are such a blessing to all that have the honor of knowing you. May your business reach new heights in the years to come. We don't have enough words to Thank you and Beauty-N-U for making our bride and all she loved so beautiful on this most precious day.

Milly's make the stop, they are wonderfull.
When you go to Mpumalanga make sure to stop at Milly's, the prices are good, the menu stunning and the food divine. Great service all round. Netty makes sure the restrooms looks perfect, she is a gem. Well done to you guys, it was a wonderful experience visiting your establishment.
