RwandAir, if you're not certain a flight will operate, please don't sell tickets. Many passengers book travel only within the limited time they're allowed off work. How many times are you going to reschedule flights? Now, people are stranded in a connecting country with no clear solution. It’s unacceptable to consistently inconvenience people and disrupt their plans just to protect yourself . This is not just frustrating, it's irresponsible and deeply disappointing. Come on, Africa, we can do better!
Another very awful experience with DHL in Africa. We recently paid DHL to pick up our clients documents in Abuja (Nigeria) and courrier to Abidjan (Cote d'Ivoire), which they said they are used to do. Since then DHL has been giving us stories denying there accountability for the pickup when we've been charged and we paid for the service (waybill N0: 7704723751). Now we have one of the client who is suing us because the delay made him waste money and time (he had a surgery planned for the week, flight ticket paid and hospital booked in France. he could'nt travel. His travel document being part of the courrier). DHL south Africa is redirecting me to DHL cote d'Ivoire. No one can confirm the expedition of the parcel or even confirm the pick up with proof. I'm ****ed. My client is upset and I may loosse the account. Very disappointed.
A month of stress now and no hope to recover a parcel that is held since because of customs error resulting from wrong information given by a DHL agent. The parcel contains a broken personal phone that eneed to be returned to a customer care service and repaired free of charges (warranty still valid). The agent required the original purchased phone and added it as documentation for customs need without telling the sender in advance that the customs will be calculated then based on that original purchased price. Now I need to pay R11000 of customs to recover a phone that is going to be repaired for free while.Make no sense. Now it's a lot of personnal information that we're going to loose. No one is being helpful. No one is directing in the right path to find a solution. I'm just being told that the phone is going to be destroyed by the government then end of discussion. Such a very very bad experience
I'm at peace of mind with Platinium life. It's affordable, flexible and the customer service is great! I like the fact that they surprise us with generous gifts time to time.
I have been experiencing a very poor service for the past 2 months. My 5G is very slow and it's becoming so inconvenient because the issue is now permanent. I don't know what to do about it, since no one replies to you when you contact their support service. This is so annoying as the 5G plan is not that cheap; maybe i'm just waisting my money now and I should consider a different provider.
