Worst Bank No communication. ***** department blocked my business account on 13/02/2026, I immediately supp**** the proof and relevant documentation. Since then, I have sent so many emails, no response. They have since placed a hold on all my accounts, even the ones not implicated. There is banking laws, FNB clearly thinks they are a court of law. This is unacceptable. You are not a cheap bank. This is really bad and unfair practice. No one responds. You cannot phone the ***** department. Only emails, to which they do not respond. You are pressing us South African suffering businesses even further down. i
Worst bank ever with the worst service. Closed my account at beginning of August 2025, I have provided all the necessary proof they requested. I send emails daily, no response. This is plainly rude and disrespectful to a paying customer. You guys have no regard for the lively hood of other people. Stay away from this ******** and unhelpful bank and their employees.
I app**** for a loan, last week Thursday I signed the loan offer, Debi Check was done on my bank app. Was told I would receive payment within 24 to 48 hours. Now a week later, no payment, no answers to what is going on. Also I am told I can not cancel the loan. This is really bad service. I phone daily, only to get promised the agent will phone me back.

Worst service ever from a bank. My account got put on hold and I was informed there was a ***** case opened on it. The investigator is John Volmink. This person absolutely refuses to help me, refuses to give me any information. Out of every 5 emails he will answer 1. How can a problem be solved if there is no info given? I am a FNB client, with an account held for years, why am I being treated like a *****? Looks like the bank thinks it a court of law. I am very unhappy. J.J Williams
Bought a battery at Midas Wolmaransstad last year September 2022, stopped working. Took it back. They refuse to exchange it because there are terminal marks on the pole. I paid well over R1000 for a battery that lasted not even six months. Rude and unfriendly treatment. Will never buy this brand again.
I have been struggling to get a refund. Returned a washing machine with the credit note from the manufacturer. Everyday a different story. Come on Takealot, it is winter, how many months do I still have to struggle without a washing machine ?
