Dear Lancet, We tried numerous times to sort accounts out. I did it for my mother, for my husband and for myself. Everytime you say, "Due to the poppie act", you have to speak to them, husband an mother, but the sms's come to my personal cell nr. I cannot and WILL NOT PAY ON AN SMS!!!! If you do not e-mail the accounts, you will not be paid! Just Friday I phoned again because my husbands medical aid did not pay an amount due to laboratory test you didn't send. You tell us you will mail it and we have to send it to the medical aid. This was the second time and the second time we did not receive it. You are the worst laboratory ever and if we could have a choice "in hospital" we will never make use of you ever. Me GP knows and the chirurgeons will also know. I've had it with you and your call centre.
We bought a Mahindra Scorpio Pick-up 14/01/2019 at Mahindra Bloemfontein. We have problems with this specific model from the start. The steering rack was replaced twice and still have a problem. The Top Gasket was replaced. The Gearbox was the replaced and it cost us R13,569.43 on the 1/10/2020 to get the job done, because Mahindra Bloemfontein told us that everything have to be replaced and is not under warranty. The diesel tank was replaced. When we bought the bakkie, we covered the seats with 4x4 seat covers. After we want to wash the covers, we saw that the original seat covers is tarnished at the stitching. Now, we have to pay for the upholstery that is in fact a factory fault. From our clients complain about the same om their vehicles. That is not acceptable. I am disgusted in their reply after I tried numerous times to bring it to their attention. They just ignored it.
Stefan or alias Stephan Heiberg are the owener of Timber and Poles for Africa, Timber for Africa Projects. In 2014 we ordererd a 10 piece patio set and paid R2,000.00 deposit for the patio set. The business name at Bloemshow was Natural Living. In November 2014, we did not receive anything and there was so many excuses. It was the Chinas fault. The factory burned down. In 2016, after numerous conversations, he promised to at least deliver or else, pay our R2,000.00 deposit back. You never get hold of him on any cellphone. Only via e-mail or his personnel. But, never the least, he still owes us money. On Bloemshow 2019, he is still going on with his scams. This time it was under the name Hardwood Designs. How many people he is scamming out of deposits, never to deliver anything? I have a lot of names from 2014 Show. He promised me on the 10th May 2019 he will finally pay our R2,000.00 back, because he know he is at fault. I did give him my bank details via mail and per Whats app. Nothing happened. I feel it is my duty to warn everybody about this conman. I will only withdraw anything I say if he pay our R2,000.00 back. I will never stop to inform anyone until he repay us.
I am furious. MTN let me know via sms that I have to increase my credit limit that is currently R1030,00. My account is R869.00. As I have more than 500 Anytime minutes, 950 sms's, 339MB of data, I ignored the sms. Today, my account is suspended because I did not increase my credit limit. My debit order is suppose to go of on the 20th of each month. I could not get hold of them, two MTN stores could not get hold of them, just to find out that they strike for better salaries today. Well, give me one good reason not to take Cell C's offer and take my account to them??? I keep my number. I have a business and can't make even one call!!! I have to wait until tomorrow.
