On August the 16th, I took in my car because I was worried with it's acceleration. Later that day, im told my car was accidentally scratched and dented at the dealership. It's now November the 19th and nothing has happened. I've been unnecessarily patient but 3 months of waiting for my car to get fixed is beyond disrespectful. Being told "I'll check with them and come back to you" for 3 whole months must really mean I'm an idiot. Take accountability and fix the car,
0 stars because this network provider is basically a ****. In 2021 Jun/Jul I received a router from the and I was given an incorrect router for the package I requested(So it never worked for 2 yrs) . I communicated to them in September 2021 but they basically couldn't exchange it. That router has been sitting for 2 yes unused because it was unusable. April 2023 I send a communication to cancel after the 2 years end and there's no feedback. I tried calling and there's always a network issue (mind you, I have been calling for a period of 4 months now) and still I have not been assisted. Now MTN upped my bill to 1.5k and claims that I used my router more than usual when it has literally never worked and I did raise this issue with them in 2021. Now in July the bill is 2.3k. This company is trying to **** me and I can't even get any assistance when calling. MTN should be ashamed of this. I want my contract cancelled and I do not owe you money.
I reported an incident with my car which negatively affects me due to the heavy rains we've been experiencing lately. I reported the matter via call and wow the system is very poor, my call kept getting cut off or ringing endlessly when the agents were forwarding me to the correct department. Some suggested I do it over the phone but their app is rubbish, it doesn't allow me to do so. I managed to log in the claim and the process to get it approved has been hell. Everything is slow and even the agent to assist me has not mentioned anything in over a week. I then received a call today essentially letting me know how poorly my claim is being managed, communication between the different departments is 0/10 - I was told today that they don't have certain info from another department when I sent it on time last Thursday, and they are delaying providing me with car assessment results because of this. This is customer neglect at its finest. I do not recommend this, absolutely disappointing. One would think this is a free government service
I made an order on shein and the package was due for delivery on the 10th of December, today is the 22nd. The last update on their website was on the 5th Dec. Calling this company is such an impossible task, I'm always caller number eighty something and the waiting time is an hour. I want my package or even my money back. This logistics company has poor customer service, actually there's none at this point
This municipality is disappointing beyond words. We are being taken for granted and they keep lying to our faces. They keep reporting issues and cutting off power every single day. Imagine losing power every single day on top of the already existing load shedding and your municipality acting like this is normal and lying about it Every Single day.
I ordered food on uber eats from this restaurant in Ormonde Johannesburg. We waited for more than an hour with no delivery. I tried calling the delivery person and couldn't get through. I then called the restaurant to see if the order was even placed or at least picked up. The manager lied and said it got picked and is currently on it's way. We waited a little longer and I then managed to get to the delivery guy. He informed me that he was still waiting at the restaurant for the order which was still getting prepared. He handed the phone to the manager and he kept selling us lies on top of what he had already said to us. Uber eats I want my refund because I never received my order and after that horrible treatment from that awful restaurant manager, at least ensure you don't have liars on your app.
I made a booking on the 26th of April for the 27th for quad bike riding. My friend and I accidentally double booked and I tried to cancel it. All my efforts were not fruitful therefore we decided to cancel hers instead and keep mine. I then found out that my booking was pending, the booking time that the website allowed me to book was not available yet I somehow booked. I have been seeking assistance for more than a week and the people are sending me on a run around. I want my refund
Last night I received money(17k) from Finchoice. I started searching what is finchoice, only to find out that they offer loans. I have NEVER applied for any loan. I called 2 consultants and the account number is not consistent. Please assist because I don't want any loan nor any money

I was involved in a car accident on the 28th of December 2021 and as of today - 5th of February, my car has not arrived at the panel beaters. The claims process and inspection of the damages were completed by the 20th of January but the car has not left for panel beating yet even though the panel beaters are ready to receive it. I called the panel beaters and they also informed me that the insurance hasn't contacted them regarding when they should expect my car. My worry is a result of no one informing me of why my car has not moved, every attempt I have made for weeks to contact the insurance to get feedback has been completely useless as I am sent on a run around and I am getting very frustrated about how poorly the insurance is handling the matter. I then found that my car was taken by old mutual to a disposal site(i don't have insurance with old mutual) on the 6th of January and budget insurance had no idea because as previously mentioned, they still told me that my car will be transported for panel beating on the 20th!! I genuinely do not understand this level of negligence and incompetence from this insurance company. This really puts me in a very difficult financial position because I'm currently renting a car and from the looks of it, I'm likely to rent for longer because of this.
