The senior fund manager don't come back to you even after about six's emails
My medical did not pay the blood tests of my dependent, Ampath did phone me and sent me email about the problem. I did pay the amount over to them and I did phone the lady back and ask for proof that I did pay the whole amount in full. the lady promised me they will email me proof that the complete amount is paid. That was last week and till today I did not received any proof. D.J. Venter
they don't pay my dependents blood tests after I did phone to get permission to see the GP. When I did phone them and ask to speak to a senior manager they don't want to let me speak to a senior manager and said they will assist me. they did reply on email and said they will come back to me and I did email them again and did not get any reply. When I ask them why did not pay the blood tests they said there is a two month's waiting period????? When I did read the waiting period on the contract they said only one month waiting period.
I did received very very good service. Thank you for very professional and friendly services to the lady who assisted me to fix my medical policy.
