We Just Want Your Money, So We Sell But Don't Support
Purchased the following product through Takealot.com and am told that this company will not support my product (paid for out of guarantee) after the guarantee, which I presume was a month anyway based on their response.

Deposit Taken, No Job Done
Another wonderful guy, but after one good job, paid the over R 6 000 deposit and he never come to do the job, responded to any messages or refunded the deposit. Very sad, keep away.

Great Person, Terrible Business
Sadly a one person business where the person only arrives at the appointment on the third or forth booking, if you prepared go keep giving chances. The first job was done well, however the second job was paid for, never finished and have never seen him since.

Run Away Before You Get Trapped.
Reasonable service while you have it but good luck cancelling or closing your account. Very deceitful cancellation process making it apparently impossibly to cancel while the money is taken from your account. The cancelation call centre is conveniently located on another continent where its very difficult to communicate on poor telephone lines and strong foreign accents. If yo manage to actually complete the call, you are then told that they are not the cancellation department and that your request still needs to sent to the cancellation department and they will call you. Phew, just don't sign up. There are many better options.

Run, run, runaway while you can. The service may be ok, but dare you try cancel. Try speaking to the cancelation department on the other side of the world where they don't speak

Thieves. Paid for goods that were never delivered and no one ever responded to any of may emails or contact attempts.

Poor service and unethical behaviour?
Poor performance is one thing, but charging for a 1 000 Mbit fibre line and only delivering 100 MBit's for months is theft. They finally acknowledged they were doing this after having Vumatel look into it and finally approach them. My line speed was corrected, however no compensation, apology et. Good bye, I'm off to Afrihost

Thieves...! I never asked for reoccurring annual billing and have just been billed for an annual membership, stealing R 695.00 from me. Login and go to my profile, and the site just logs you out!!! PayFast should black list them.

Get away from these thieves as quickly as you can! They will take your money for an 'order' like any other company, except you will never receive the goods. There's also no telephone number and no one replies to email. It's most probably worth spending tens of thousands of rands taking them to court even though they only stole about R 500
