Excellent customer service

I am writing to convey my gratitude to the entire Cash build team from e Dutywa in the EC for the excellent customer service they have provided to me throughout the entire duration of my building project at home. July 2025, I started my building project at home, i bought the entire building materials from them, this project took about 2 months to be completed, throughout my entire project journey my interactions with the team were courteous and friendly,helpful and most importantly they were very customer oriented. Building can be stressful at times but they knew how to handle my situation. Cashbuild built staff are absolutely amazing. Myself and the team would joked about me being part of the team, because I was forever at the store to purchase material. Anele one of the team members every time he sees me he would jokingly say “ please don’t leave this store without buying anything even if it’s a *****driver”🤣🤣 and I would say “next time you see me coming in here please chase away “ 🤣🤣 ohh what an amazing team! I even recruited a friend of mine who is also building I asked her to buy from Cash build and indeed she took my advice, one day she called while she was at the store, telling me that one of the staff member asked her about me? They miss me. That melted my heart 💓. Thank you Cash build iDutywa team, keep shining 👌. As someone who understands the importance of customer service, it drives customer loyalty and retention, it builds trust and a positive brand reputation! Keep shining Cash build team in iDutywa👌👌

Pathetic service from Debonairs pizza

What a shamble service I received from this store. On Tuesday 02September 2025 exactly at 18:10 pm I placed an order for 2x larger classic pizza. This order was done on line. After making a payment I received a confirmation notification saying “ estimated delivery time is 18:45pm. At around 19:05 I called the house to check if the pizza was delivered? Auntie confirmed that no delivery yet. 19:07 I called the *** number that’s listed under their website to enquire about my order. The call was answered by a customer agent whom she confirmed that indeed the order was supposed to be delivered at 18:45, she promised to call the store and find out what is happening she will call me back and she didn’t. I called again at 19:22, an agent answered, she told me the same thing that she can see my order was supposed to be delivered at 18:45 she needs to check with the store what is going on she’s going to call me back, I waited still no call from Debonair, at 19:28 I called again, same story, the last agent she just ignored me while venting out my frustration, no sympathy whatsoever instead she told me “ I’m at call centre so I don’t know what could have happened” I demanded to speak with her manager, she ignored me. Mind you I stay 2 minutes away from the store but unfortunately I was out of town hence I couldn’t go picked up by myself, the order was for kids dinner. At 8pm only then I received a call from the delivery guy saying he’s at the gate to deliver pizza. What pains me is the fact that I asked auntie not to cook I will buy them pizza for dinner. My 6 year old daughter went to bed hungry as she was eagerly waiting for the pizza to arrive. Even today Debonairs never called me to apologise whatsoever. I will never ever again order pizza from them. They have zero respect for customers, no customer care whatsoever

Bad Service from Standard Bank Trust

I'm writing this message with a heavy heart. Standard Bank Trust is the worst department ever. They showed me that I shouldn't expect them to empathize with me during this difficult time. They make it clear that myself and my kids are the least of their problems. It's been 8 months now since my husband passed away his Estate is still not been attended too let alone to give me an update as a wife. Today I'm receiving letters of demands and yet my husband's money is been blocked. Today I'm struggling to pay for my daughter's school fees because Standard Bank Trust doesn't care. Today unable to pay rent because of Standard Bank Trust. Why Standard Bank Trust is treating us like this? I send follow up emails they get ignored.

Bad Service from Old Mutual

What a shameful experience that I have with their claims department. I lost my husband in June 2021. I've been sending emails, calling not even one person acknowledges, in fact nobody cares.l because they are not the ones who are feeling the pain.😭😭😭😭. Myself and my kids are about to be evicted from the house and yet my husband has been paying for his policy for the past 20 something years? Is this the manner that Old Mutual treat widows??? The kind of treatment I'm receiving from the company is very painful and disappointing... 💔💔
