Useless Company with rude employees !
If I could give this company 0 stars ... I would . The people working here are rude and *********** . I was a live chat with the agent Sharon and she ended the conversation without even assisting further . This is why courier guy will always be the best in South Africa . Fast way is ****ing useless .

Mike is such an asset to Blck Flavour ! I am probably one of the most annoying customers they have when it comes to DIY , He advised me what to purchase and even called me to guide me on how to mix my own liquid . No matter where I purchase juice , I always come back here because Mike's customer support is unmatched . Blck Flavour's ordering system and delivery is a smooth process . 5 STARS for this wonderful team

Non existent customer service !!!
It took CarTrack 3 weeks to finally assist me ... After they installed the unit , I realised that they got my registration wrong for my app and installation certificate. App isn't tracking my car and their customer service is putrid to say the least. I should have signed up with Tracker instead. Now I'm bind my a contract with a company that clearly has management issues internally and it reflects on the type of service they give. No sense of urgency and non existent customer care.

Great Customer Support Agent - Terrible Network !
I have been having network issue for the past 48 + hours , called into Rain's Customer support and was assisted by Sabelo Shandu ... Yes I still don't have network and the query has not been resolved but Sabelo was helpful and followed up with me through this whole process . He is really an asset to the customer support team with excellent customer support skills . Hope my query gets resolved soon ! 4 stars for Sabelo !!!
