Never thought I would move away from discovery. Until today. I have a claim on my car that’s taking months at this stage, not even to mention the car hire. If I’m not emailing nothing happens… never again. I’d rather sit without insurance than to go through this again
I will continue my support with Paul Botters for as long as I am in the Music industry. This is hands down the best shop to go to in the music industry. I had a problem with my Boss Rc500 pedal. And they replaced it for me. Without any hassle and no Complaints. These people know what they are doing. Im a very pleased Customer. The customer service is just fantastic!

The customer service is so bad, I applied for an uncapped line and it’s 3 weeks I’m still waiting for activation. They service centre just says the system doesn’t pick it up but I signed the contract already. But when it comes to month end they want payment. Unfortunately I need to complete the duration of the contract. You just lost a loyal customer after this. I will never support you again
You know I never write a review on products or service and I’ve had bad service before. But on this I think is the worst. I feel I can write a review on my experience. I honestly feel that this is the worst costumer service I’ve ever got From a computer company. I’m very upset with my experience
