After a disappointing encounter at the dealership, I still had to take my Polo in for service, as I was about to travel a long distance for a family vacation. I sent the car in with my colleague, and yet, Carla Cintra sent me regular updates. She contacted my colleague to fetch the car when the technicians were done. Later in the day, she took the time to call me, and update me as to the status of my vehicle, and what work was done. I am grateful for people like Carla, as I had peace of mind on the road, knowing that my vehicle was well taken care of. Thank you Carla. You are a star!
What horrible service at VW Rusternburg! Absolutely shocking! My car was taking in with a breakdown, smelling of leaking fuel, at night. The next morning, at 7H30, I went back to the dealership to check on my Polo. The level of nonchalance and lack of interest was appealing. My concerns that my car could catch fire as the leak had not stopped, were brushed aside repeatedly. After many trips from my office back to the dealership to get an update, or at least reassurance that a technician had looked at the leak and there was no immediate danger of a fire, I got ignored, and was told to wait. At 16H00, I asked to see the supervisor, only to be told he was out test driving a car. After 30 minutes, I decided to go to the car and see if there was anything I could do. I saw the problem with the petrol pump, and after fixing it myself, I went back in and demanded my car keys. Then the supervisor shows up, from inside his office. I have never ever encountered this level of poor service. I don't know who hired people who do not care even one little bit about their clients or their cars. Appalled. Poor service. Shocking.
Tumisang was friendly, understanding and very efficient in getting me a tow truck, whilst checking on my safety as I was stuck on the N4 in the dark.
I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance. Shakiri Masango assisted me with cover for my new vehicle, and what a pleasure it was. He was friendly and informative. He went beyond expectations to ensure that I was happy with the service I received. I felt like I was talking to an old friend who understood my needs and limitations, than a client. This kind of service is the reason I have been a Miway client for years and will continue to be. It's a family affair! Thank you Shakiri!
I needed mechanical breakdown assistance in the middle of the night, and Kabelo Mohlala, the consultant who responded to my SOS, was not only professional, but caring. He got me a tow truck in no time, and kept following back with calls to make sure that my wife and I were safe and being assisted. From the time of the first call, up until the vehicle was safely at home, he was there calling and reassuring me. This level of service is unparalleled, and appreciated. It felt like family, not business. Thank you Kabelo, you made me very happy to be part of the Miway Insurance family
