Unprofessional
I paid off my account and yet they refuse to update my information. All they say is that they are working on it, when you ask how long it will take they say they don't know, they dont even have a reference. Really bad service

VERY POOR SERVICE FROM BRONKHORSTSPRUIT
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service I have been receiving at your branch in Bronkhorstspruit. I started my application for a business plan last year, it has been over 6 months. I have been sent sent back numerous times ,from one pillar to another post
