We arrived at the hotel the security refused to let us in and drop our luggage while all the other people were allowed to drop their luggage before going to the parking , reception weren`t friendly at all,we didnt get the room we booked, upon arrival at the room the curtains were dirty and tv remote didnt work, we had to call reception 4 times to check the remote after the 4th time they actually responded.The next morning we called for A iron and again we had to call twice. I also dont know whats the use of the telephone in the rooms if there is no short codes to call? The basin in the bathroom with a prop that doesnt fit the bath or the basin so couldnt take a bath,had to shower . The Spa staff were friendly and had the best experience of our trip at the spa though.
They had a golden ticket promotion which said if the ticket loose you receive your money back, its been a week and every time I speak with a consultant they tel me to Give it 48 hours
my first installment went off and they just randomly added insurance without my consent,payment didn`t go through because of that,i made a payment next day, second installment they aded a collection fee without informing or asking me. it were their fault in the first place for wrongfully adding insurance
I bought a car from them,settlement letter were drew on the 14th january..account were only settled on the 10th of february , my instalment went off on the 25 january,after asking for reimbur*****t they only gave half the installment. I did licencing they told they already did roadworthy,but when i did registration was told to do roadworthy again, battery were fixed with *****, rims were scratched,bumper were loose. after doing registration im struggling to get my money back off registration, people reading my messages ignoring it and not picking up my calls.
