I have purchased R500 electricity yesterday and still havent receivedy token. Everytime i call they say they offline and i nees to wait till they back online. Ive been buying for 5 years now and never ever had this issue. I have senft and email asking for a refund and was told to wait till they back online. This os pathetic service and they can forget me ever using them again. What if i was sitting without any units and money to go somewhere else to biy. This is very sad and unfair. Im done with wire it i will never use their services again. Theu slowly but surely loosing people.
After I wrote my review hollard reached out for my moms policy details but still haven't got back to me. Poor service I got my whole family to cancel their funeral covers and life insurances with them and rather joined other places
Ok where do I start. My dad passed away the 16th of December 2020 and my mom and myself were his benefieries to his estate and insurances. So my mom claimed his funeral cover and was paid out. Few days after that she passed on and they still continued to pay into her bank account his monthly food monies but where I'm having problems with them is. I called to inform them that my mom has passed and her bank account has been closed by the attorney and master. So communication between me and the attorney she tried getting those funds. No success. So she asked me seeing that I am the beneficiary as well to contact hollard and ask them to revert payments to me and stop payments to a closed account. After numerous calls to hollard no one could actually assist me as I went from department to department with no success. Eventually one consultant gave me the email address and new forms to fill in. Did everything and sent it off twice. Each time unsuccessful. My question is obviously they can see Im sending the documents and also they can see the funds returning to their account. Why are they not following up what's happening. I want what's owed to me as I'm the executor of both parties estates and policies. I even sent a affidavit stating I'm those things and the biological daughter to my mom and dad. Nothing has come from this. But their bills and estate must be paid by who by me. No other parties to assist. So I just feel that hollard service is pathe2and I don't recommend anybody using them. I have cancelled all policies with them because of this.
