Active since Feb 2022
i recenntly took out a contract sim with them & 6 days later its not activated, when i called their call centre the keep transferring me saying i need to activate it & they are putting me through to activations section, i get to where i'm transferred & its still not the correct section, mind you i'm using my MTN sim card & its charged when i make calls but if airtime runs out they don't get back to you!! definately canceling but i'm guessing i'll be sent from pillar to post for trying to do that too!!😡
I ordered on 3 may 2025 & still haven't received my order, they gave me a way bill 2 weeks after I ordered & I guess they were buying time because it wasn't for me it was wrong & aramex confirmed it by telling me they delivered it in Pretoria, when i wrote an email to them on friday the 24th they gave me a response with some attitude as to "when & who sent me that way bill because they are still processing my order" shocked to here they haven't even processed it i asked them how come & they gave me a lousy reply saying sorry for the inconvenience & didn't explain anything...am soo shattered as i'm a small business trying to build my clientele but at this point I'm starting to believe I have been ******ed my hard earned money.

I returned the goods back to them and they acknowledged it by calling me back and told me they'll have to take 20% handling fee which i agreed to but still a month later there has not been any refund I've called three times and the lady responsible for refunds is always not at her desks am so frustrated I just can't anymore!!
