I would like to write a review about Platinum Life
I enrolled for the RE5 study support course and made a payment on the 29 September and was supposed to have received the study material 2 days later, I haven't received anything from them and when I try to call the landline it has been disconnected and emails are bouncing back, the CEO's cellphone number is also going straight to voicemail. The classes are supposed to start tomorrow the 6th. Can someone assist me.
OMG dealing with AF is the most painful experience ever. I submitted a withdrawal claim on the 13th June, my claim was only acknowledged on the 2nd July after sending them numerous emails and each time I get different excuses from different consultants to a point that I even decided to call the call centre of which I was told that the payment has been loaded and the funds will reflect in my account within 2-3 that was 2 weeks ago, can I tell you that I still haven't received anything till today. I called the call center last week Friday, a consultants told me that they tried to call me on the 24th July for some Authentication and my phone when on voicemail, yesterday when I called again they told me the same thing they told me on Friday. My question is so they only try to call once on the 24th and didnt bother to do a follow up call. Clearly AF doesn't take us serious. It is really frustrating that I have to do so many follow ups and still don't get assistance. Can someone just give me damn phone call already so we can get done with this authentication and get my money ASAP
