Telkom Mobile - What an utter waste of time
After applying for the LTE deal via the web 4 weeks ago and recieving a ticket number I am yet to be actually contacted by anyone. The only response (about 20 of them via Facebook) that I get is the usual copy and paste: hi,we apologize for the delay.We have urged our support team to follow up on the inquiry.^WC After holding on the line for over 30 minutes of a 100min monthly call contract, no one answered the phone.. What a waste of time and bad attitude.. Is it really so difficult?
On the 25-01-2016 I requested a annual bond statement for 28/02/2015. I also chatted to someone on your Facebook page and got many many copy and paste responses. First I get pawned off to no less than 2 different departments and I finally get confirmation that the matter will be sorted by 01-02-2016 from [Email Removed] Today I get an email requesting me to basically start at the beginning and phone home loans?? This total waste of mobile minutes (hang on for at least 20 minutes) is a complete waste of time.<br> <br> This is just another example of 'no one cares' attitude.<br> Fed up with you guys.

Non Delivery of Overnight
I paid for an overnight delivery and 5 days later still nothing.<br> Terrible service and attitude from everyone involved. From the Speed Services Help desk to managers.<br> Shocking services delivery (non)<br> Quick to take your money though...

Services NOT rendered
Paid for overnight, 5 days later I still don't have my parcel.<br> Speed Services Supervisor PROMISED it would be delivered the next day, but it wasn't. Phoning the help desk doesn't help because they also have no clue as to whom to contact or even where the parcel is at the moment.<br> Basically just thieves. Take your money easily enough, but cannot deliver on their promises..
